I pray everyone had a lovely Eid al-Fitr. We are in the month of Shawwal in which some observe fasting for an additional six days. With that, here is another simple Prophetic inspired meal perfect for iftar. Have you made intentions to fast the days of Shawwal? For the list of Prophetic inspired see the post from Ramadan. . Sautéed turmeric shrimp 🍤, tomato 🍅, and Zucchini noodles. 🍝 . 1. Sauté shrimp in a pan with 2 tsp olive oil, 2 tsp ghee, pinch @natierrasuperfoods pink Himalayan salt, pepper, 1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods turmeric, and juice of 1/2 lemon 🍋. 2. Sauté tomatoes in a 1-2 tsp olive oil, pinch of pink Himalayan salt, and @simplyorganicfoods pepper. 3. Use the @oxo spiralizer to make zucchini noodles. Sauté in 1 tbsp olive oil. ما هي أكثر مادة قررت تسجيلها بالجامعة و شعرت باثرها الكبير على حياتك؟ او غيرت من تفكيرك و نظرتك للامور؟ بالنسبة لي critical thinking، أعتقد أنها من إحدى المواد التي كان لها أثر كبير علي كطالبة مازالت في بداية سنواتها الجامعية (الباكلوريوس)- احدى أهداف هذه المادة كان جعلنا مكان الضحية أو مكان من نتسرع بإطلاق الأحكام عليه دون النظر الى الظروف المؤثرة أو الأسباب التي أدت إلى تلك النتيجة التي تمارسها الضحية. هذا كان جزء من المادة و لم تتركز فقط على الاشخاص بل شملت العادات و التقاليد و أمور كنا قد تعلمناها دينيا خطأ. صدقا كانت الدكتورة ماهرة في استفزاز عقولنا و تحريك الأفكار الراكدة فيها! للأسف كانت هذه المادة اختيارية، و لكن ما أنا متأكدة منه أننا بحاجة لمثل هذه المواد لتكون إجبارية على كل طلاب السنة الأولى! .
