🎅🏼Lil winter breakfast ➸ Caramelized apples with greek yoghurt and homemade chocolate granola 😋👅 . . 🇸🇮Domača čokoladna granola😋: 100g praženih mletih orehov 100g pirinih kosmičev (zmletih) 200g ovsenih kosmičev 50g medu 50g 90% čokolade 20g kakava brez sladkorja 50g kokosovega masla 50g mandljev Cimet in mleti klinčki . POSTOPEK: 1. Raztopiš čokolado, kokosovo maslo in med ter primešaš kakav, cimet in mlete klinčke. 2. Zmešaš skupaj s suhimi sestavinami in razporedis po pekaču. 3. Pečeš 15 min v prej segreti pečici na 180 stopinj. Po želji, lahko dodaš čokoladne kapljice, ko se kosmiči ohladijo. Postrežš z jogurtom, mlekom... Sranjuj v posodi, ki dobro tesni, uporabno je do dva meseca 😘 . . . 🇬🇧 homemade chocolate granola 😋 100g roasted ground hazelnuts 100g ground spelt flakes 200g oats 50g coconut oil 50g honey 50g chocolate with 90% of cacao 20g unsweetened cacao powder Cinnamon and ground cloves Chocolate drops . INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Melt coconut oil, honey and dark chocolate then add cacao powder, cinnamon and ground cloves. 2. Mix in all dry ingredients. 3. Bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees Celsius for 15min. 4. Once the granola completely cools down you can add chocolate drops. Store in container, you can use it for up to 2 months 😘 . . While everyone is still asleep, I prepared my breakfast to take away with me for the weekend . ~Soupy ramen with broccoli and eggs~ Finally it's Saturday and I don't really feel like getting up from my bed. One of favorite on-the-go breakfasts, a quick breakfast bite or any anytime snack. Filled with amazing ingredients; it’s oh so good for you! Recipe: 3/4 cup diced dried figs (6-8) 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup rolled oats (old fashioned or quick) 2 tbsp ground flaxseed 2 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp honey *recipe doesn’t call for, but I add 1/4 cocoa nibs (because I like peanut butter & chocolate) 😋 In a medium bowl, mix together the figs, pecans, oats, flaxseed, peanut butter, & cocoa nibs. Drizzle in the honey Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes Use an ice cream scooper & press mixture down; creating consistent size Place in a glass container & store in fridge for up to a week

People often ask how I make my overnight oats. They are just so easy to make and great for gut health. When making this I actually get excited about tomorrow’s breakfast. So here’s my simple recipe: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup almond milk (plus a bit if you find it’s too thick the next day) 1-2 teaspoons chia seeds 1 tsp cinnamon powder Mix it up, pop in the fridge, serve the next day with your choice of toppings. I like yoghurt, mashed banana and berries. But I’ve also added things like (but not all at once!) cacao powder, protein powder (add more liquid otherwise too thick and dry), coconut chips, grated apple, sultanas, mango, kiwi fruit, peach, honey, maple syrup and bee pollen.
