Out front checking to see if it’s really not raining or if I’m just having a really good dream.✨Had this combo for breakfast last week and it was literally so good I inhaled it before I could get a picture in.🙈It’s only 4 ingredients and takes less than 2 minutes to put together. I used a @kodiakcakes cinnamon and maple flapjacks on the go cup; added 1/4 a cup of 1% @horizonorganic milk and mixed it in; threw it in the microwave for 1 min and when it was ready added in some organic blackberries and a spoonful of @georgiagrinders honey roasted almond butter.🌰I love @kodiakcakes on the go cups because they are so easy and quick when I’m in a hurry. Not to mention a great source of protein. Good morning! I was really feeling this orange bowl today #spookyseason 😉 This morning I wanted something extra quick and easy and my oats were the perfect fit. I put 1/2 cup of quick oats in the microwave with 2/3 cup of water (you can also use your milk of choice) for 1 minute and 30 seconds. I then added 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey protein (optional). I topped it off with 1 banana, some cinnamon and 1 tbsp of Nutella. Who said eating healthy has to be boring?! #happyeats

Apple muffins! We made them for sharing, ended up eating them all in less than 24 hours. Oops 🤭 I looked for a recipe and found one at cookieandkate.com and tweaked it a bit. To be honest I want to make them again and tweak the recipe a lot more! So for now, this is what we did: 1 cup whole wheat flour 3/4 cup coconut flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp freshly grated cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/4 cup grated apple 1 cup diced apple into 1/4” cubes 1/3 cup coconut oil 1/3 cup honey 2 eggs 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup apple sauce 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup walnuts (I glamorously smashed a ziploc full of walnuts on the ground) . Oven temp: 420 F for 15 - 20 minutes Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Add apple to dry ingredients and then mix dry and wet together. . *you can use coconut oil, olive oil, butter, idk play with it! * we used 2 big apples, you might need up to 3 * Adjust the ingredients to your taste and play around with it, have fun experimenting! * Makes 12 muffins . .
