So I've posted progress pics before of my weight loss journey but not really any of my more recent goals to grow my glutes and quads, but I have worked very hard and even a little progress is still progress right?And I'm proud of it! When ppl say it takes consistency, time, and hard work it is the honest truth! When I lost weight I also lost a lot of my 🍑🍑 and then I lost a lot more training for my half marathon this past Oct. After a few weeks of letting my knees recoup from all the running, yes, it took a few weeks, I gradually cut out all running, started to focus most of my workouts on weight training, calorie surplus, and consuming more protein. My diet is my biggest struggle and Ill admit I don't do it right everyday but with time I'll get it. I've totally annoyed my office trainer with questions and read what feels like 100 articles on strength training and diets and followed a ton of insta trainers. who offer great booty workout plans and WILL actually write back when you have questions. I am excited to see if a new plan I'm working on will show new progress!
