Vegan cashew butter granola via @nm_meiyee
It’s so crunchy, delicious and addictive 😋
cashew butter 💗
1/4 cup cashew butter @womensbest
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
1 1/2 cups GF rolled oats
1/2 cup cashews
Preheat oven to 180 celsius.
In a large bowl combine rolled oats and chopped almonds. In a small bowl, add cashews butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla until combined.
Pour mixture over the oat mixture and mix well.
Turn granola onto a rimmed cookie sheet and bake for 20 mins.
The granola will dry out and crisp up while it cools.
Store in an air-tight container until ready to use.
