the push up is the most widely known exercise in the world. 🌍
This exercise is great for building all round upper body strength.
When doing this exercise ensure to have the elbows pointed back in a 45° angle and imagine trying to twist the ground with both hands....👉 this will help engage the lat muscles in our backs, we are much stronger pressing when lats are being used.
This exercise has many progressions by altering the height of the upper body using different levels or by placing the knees on the ground.
