Si desayunaste tacos, comiste una hamburguesa, cenaste galletas y en tu snack te comiste una manzana créeme no es culpa de la manzana que no bajes de peso. 2- Subestimas las calorías Una cosa es comer saludable y otra es comer para adelgazar. Happy Monday! Since I have a ton of new followers lately and I'm normally so quiet about my private life I thought I'd share some facts about myself so you all can get to know me better! ________________ Fact 1: I currently Iive in Pennsylvania but grew up on the west coast most of my life _______ Fact 2: I'm obsessed with dogs, especially my 2 dogs, @kona_and_langston ______ Fact 3: I started working in fitness in 2011. My first job was teaching chair dance and pole fitness 😁😁 (I really miss those days) since then I've done everything under the sun from group X to bootcamps to managing a gym _______ Fact 4: I've tried most fitness things at least once. I've competed in multiple bodybuilding competitions, ran a marathon, did the tough mudder twice, and so much more. I love all things fitness and put my heart and soul into whatever I'm currently focused on at the moment _________ Fact 5: I'm so lucky to be able to say that I'm married to my best friend. He made me a believer that soulmates exist and we will be married ten years this year! __________ Fact 6: If i was not a trainer and coach my second calling would have been party planner. You know what sucks about tracking macros... trying to figure out what the hell you can eat before bed with the macros you have left. . Ya know, when you get to the end of the day and having say... 14 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat and 37 grams of carbs left... . Like WTF am I going to whip up that fits those numbers... and is satisfying? . That situation of being physically tired... mentally worn out... and then having to do more math than 8th grade algebra to make the numbers fit... is one of the main things that use to stress me out about macro counting. . For me, it was unneeded stress right before bed. . So instead of going through that every night, I start with logging my bed time snack first thing in the morning. I look at it as like putting part of your paycheck straight into savings. Just right off the top it is gone, don't have to worry about it, never really see it, but it's there when you need it. . Plus, there's a lot of advantages of getting a high quality protein source in before bed that I don't want to miss out on! . For example, protein will help you stay in the anabolic state (fat burning, muscle preserving) into the evening. Helping to keep your metabolism up, while making sure to repair your muscles so you can maintain as much lean muscle as possible while losing weight. . This will help you keep your metabolism up because the more lean muscle you have, the more calories you burn everyday. Therefore helping you to reach your goals more quickly while eating more food and maintaining the results once you get there. . So depending on my goals at the time, and what my macros are, I log 1.. 1.5... or 2 scoops of Level 1 Ice Cream Sandwich into the snack section on MyFitnessPal to start my day. . Then I look at what is left, and spend my macros accordingly at each meal to fit my daily intake and more easily maintain consistency with my plan. 5- Fines de semana libres Tu comida trampa del sábado, fácilmente se convierte en fin de semana de excesos? Estar en déficit calórico es difícil y se vuelve cada vez más difícil confirme pasa el tiempo y cada vez llegamos a las comidas trampa más ansiosos y con menos fuerza de voluntad, y a veces sin notarlo nos vamos volviendo más y más flexibles, Fuerza ! Come lo que te permites en tu comida trampa y no más. Un truco es que hagas cena trampa, así te habrás asegurado de comer saludable todo el día antes de tu premio. 6-Comes muy poco. Mira si te restringes demasiado lo único que harás es que sea insostenible en el tiempo y llegará el momento en que la ansiedad te alcance y te pegues un atracón de comida, y de nuevo te restringas en exceso, ojo con esto! es un círculo vicioso nada saludable e innecesario. Gym was SUPER busy today so I had to hustle through deadlifts, I either did 4 or 5 sets of 3 with 425, I didn’t keep track but I know I was aiming for 5 😅 dead’s felt good today though, frequency is down on my new training block so I’m only pulling once a week! I do light paused deadlifts on the days I squat, but nothing major. My body has been responding INCREDIBLY well to having more rest time in between sessions and I’m up 8 pounds in the past week and a half lol

GOOD MORNING ☀️ I forgot to post yesterday’s breakfast with you, but better late than never! This breakfast was made with one egg, @thomasbreakfast bagel thin, 1/4 of an avocado, an egg, and a slice of cheddar🤩
and we are back with some more overnight oats☺️ this morning’s breakfast consisted of peanut butter oats, chia seeds, strawberries, a @vansfoods waffle and some homemade strawberry spread sprinkled with cocoa powder (which does not look super appetizing but I can assure you it tasted good)
