Rise and Shine!! The weekend is here, no point wasting time lying around when you could up, out and about. Class starts at 10am so you can still have a lie in and get your daily dose of fitness. Who’s in?
lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. my family and i went out for lunch to souplantation which was SUPER stressful bc buffets or restaurants where you can get more are hard for me bc i either end up eating nothing or everything. but i just got a spinach salad w some quinoa and carrots, along w some raisins and that was it. i felt proud walking out of the restaurant without having eaten a ton of food. then i had some apples and pb a lil later bc i was craving protein so much lol. dinner was some protein penne and tomato sauce w fresh mozzarella. i felt like i deserved it since i didn’t have a lot of carbs in my previous meals. but my mom made me go to shabbat services after and one of my trigger foods is challah (traditional jewish bread, it’s super doughy and delicious) and i ended up eating WAY too much of it. and then on top of that i also ate a bunch of brownies and sweets at the oneg (after-service). i feel super guilty and i just want to purge so bad but i’ve just convinced my mom that i’m in a good place now and not going to resort to old behaviors so i have to stay strong. ugghh i still feel awful. i know it’s because i didn’t eat enough earlier in the day so i ended up binging, but also there were a lot of trigger foods at the temple so idek. #anorexia #anorexiarecovery #bulimia #bulimiarecovery #ed #edrecovery #mealplan #foodblog #lunch #healthyeating #dinner #disorderedeating #healthyliving #progress #lovelife

Got my circuit I promised you guys yesterday and it was fantastic! Got some inspiration from NikkiB. Start with 10 reps of each exercise NO REST then drop one rep each time until you get to 0 (10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1🔥) finished off with some ball slams and battle ropes as a burn out

This month is my one year fitness anniversary that I've managed to lose and keep off 20lbs. ...can I say I'm pretty DAMN proud of myself! A lot of people have been asking me what I've done and I've been thinking about posting more on my instagram about it. So here's the first of many more with my new respect for fitness. The middle is 2016 me and the others are the old me. Thank you to everyone who has inspired and supported me along the way! My journey doesn't end here
