Whatever big project or ongoing work they face, my clients can break down those overwhelming tasks into more manageable chunks and tick them off the list with my help. It’s so rewarding to see them get one step closer to their goals.⠀

Started this beautiful Monday morning off by joining a friend for a walk. There were a dozen reasons I could have told myself (and did) why I should go. ⠀
"It's cooler out this morning"⠀
"It takes away from my already limited working hours"⠀
"I need to finish a blog post"⠀
"You can go later in the week"⠀
"You went for a walk yesterday"⠀
Blah Blah Blah⠀
I put on some layers, grabbed my gloves and went. It was the perfect way to start my busy week. It truly is amazing how a little bit of exercise and fresh air can positively impact your day.⠀
I'm feeling more focused and ready to take on whatever this week throws at me. Sometimes we just need to tell our brains to "Shut up" and do the things we don't want to do whether we can justify not doing them or not. ⠀
I feel like a rebel this morning by going against all the thoughts I told myself. Did you do anything rebellious today?⠀
This morning I’m planning out my October. It feels so good to know what my plan is for an entire month ahead. Some of it is routine, like set “office work days” , “bill paying days”, “family fun day” etc. I also have specific days I schedule clients sessions, and business meetings. Friday afternoons I reserve for my kids. We call it “Friday Fun day” because I usually do a special activity or putting after school with them. It’s important to me to have a good work/life balance.
I believe we can all carve out time to do things we enjoy, but if you are feeling like you cannot find time for yourself, your family, or are just overwhelmed with your to-dos here are a few tips:
1. Take an inventory of your time. Find out where you are actually spending your time. Track everything for 3-5 days in 30 minute increments. I mean EVERYTHING. Drive time, when you eat, how long it takes you to get ready in the morning, how much time you spend checking emails..... You can’t fix something if you don’t have a clear picture of it.
2. See if any of that time is wasted or unproductive and could be used better. Find areas you can cut out or ways to shorten it.
Ex: - Have lunch delivered instead of waiting in a line for 30 minutes.
- Use your grocery deliver or pick up service and spend less time in the store.
- find another route to work with less traffic.
3. Create routines.
- morning routines
- cleaning routines
- evening routines
- routines for paying bills, checking emails, etc.
- daily routines with kids at home
Can you tell I love routines?! 🤗
4. Block out chunks of time throuout the day to check emails, return calls, etc. Don’t bounce around. Multitasking is a myth

I am back! For the past 2 weeks, I was on my honeymoon so I decided to enjoy it and my time with my new husband without thinking too much about Instagram. Now I am back to work and reviewing what happened during my absence, what I was working on before leaving and what I still need to do. .
My Monday is going really great, how is yours? Feeling productive or still missing your coffee?
The days of being random are over 🙅🏽♂️
Studies show that when you’re more intentional and strategic with your actions, you’ll dramatically increase your chances of success 💯
You could either make the common mistake of being random OR be strategic and productive to virtually guarantee you’ll win over any obstacle!🧗🏽♂️

Good Morning Lovely☺️
I was up bright and early cos I’m an early bird kinda gal most days!
Why? My idea of a great day starts with a positive set up. I’m at my desk way before the kiddies get up. I power through the jobs that I really need to do. The majority of my work prep is complete by late morning so that I can then find time for me.
Today I am grateful for coffee in my @mahabis
slippers in the sunshine before I start some programme write ups and finish off the goodie bags for my upcoming ‘Help Me Find My Mojo’ event this Thursday! Oh then I get to train!💪🏻YAY!
This works for me and the life I like to lead; running a coaching business, being a Mum and training to be the best me. What is your idea of a set-up to get your day off to a good start? #dowhatyoulove #productiveday #TheFitHub #mahabismoments
