It’s not about can u do it, will u commit to sacrifice & compliance?
It’s not what u do today, but where u r a year from now?
Leave the excuses at home. You want it, you’ll find time. You are what u repeatedly do.
Your character is who u are, make ur desires engraved habits.
If u really want to see results u have to make the commitment.
U have to implement that level of sacrifice & discipline.
Self discipline is the element of success. Ur daily committed efforts is what counts.
We tend to eat how we live, we tend to live how we eat. “Cheating” on ur “diet” is cheating on u.
Your “diet” is a reflection on how u live, weight loss is about u, it’s about lifestyle.
Do something that stays with u, NOT
something that fades away with time.
It’s not diet, or scale No. Medicating urself with food won’t heal the inner u.
Weight loss is never linear, slip up’s happen. They all lessons.
Place rules, not rules that require willpower. Be strict, not jailed or restricted.
Simple rules can be hard at times, but have rules that keep u to a process.
Rules are about becoming something of character & habit to urself.
Be someone u want to be, without having to second guess the stress out it.
Don’t follow a “diet”, follow something that’s part of ur character.
Invest in urself to value the day to day habits & the value of routine.
It’s how u live, based on structure, routine & character building.
Its NOT about weight or body image, but about chores & duties u enjoy.
Access the inner you. Let go of “diet” & measured weight loss.
Let go of the battle/fight mentality that never ends. Free urself from the ego sapping mindset of resistance & willpower.
You may not achieve what u want. U get what u need by following a process that lives ur realistic expectations, NOT an unrealistic fantasy.
Commit to a deeper purpose beyond body image, something more meaningful.
It’s not the most knowledgeable, it’s the most committed & disciplined.
Weight loss & physique transformation is based on a lifestyle process. "Diets” don’t fail, you fail the commitment to urself & what it takes to achieve ur goals.
Don’t commit to a diet, commit to urself & the investment of a lifetime.
Nor does it make you immune to any form of struggle (or the negative feelings that come from struggle).
But having meaning provides a reason for you to push through that struggle, because you have greater things that you need to live by and achieve.
You might not be happy all the time, but your quality of happiness in meaningful moments will make all the inevitable struggles worth it.
And you’ll become grateful for those down days, because it’s the down days that make the up days feel so good.
You'll begin to feel good about your life on the whole because you are on the pursuit of something bigger than yourself.
Pursue meaning and you'll overcome any from of struggle life throws at you.
