Finally, for dessert at the #MCCLebaneseNight
dinner we had something you may be familiar with, just probably not this way unless you are a fan of Middle Eastern foods. This is Booza and Baklava, Booza being Lebanese stretchy Ice Cream made out of Ashta or Clotted Cream flavored with Salep and Mastic, which also give it its stretchy texture. The Baklava is made with Pistachio, Filo, and Orange Blossom Water Syrup which is the key difference between Lebanese and Greek Baklava. Little known fact, this may be the first ice cream ever created, never would've guessed it'd come from that region.
