Because the drive to succeed outweighed the drive to get in my own way. So, if this is you, stuck thinking about the right time to start, I’m here to tell you, the time is NOW. Plus I was having so much fun taking this pic I don't really care. - I would interested to know on average how photos/selfies are taken in a session before one is choosen to be posted or shared. I am guilty of this too. I usually take about 5-10 before I pick one because the angle was off, the lightening sucked, my abs didn't look tight enough, i wasn't smiling, my hair looked like a mess and the list goes on. - Instead of enjoying our bodies or image we crucify everything that is wrong with it and try to make it look perfect for people we don't even know. After 2 wks of being sick in bed, I was done “resting”, lol. Thanks to that urgent care steroid shot, it was nice to be feeling good enough today to get a workout in (Pic on right). Im still only about 92%, current weight 123 lbs, but definitely getting my energy back. Everyone has days they don’t feel like working out, especially if you’re tired, stressed, or have an injury. I’ve had many moments of frustration the last 3 weeks due to my rib injury. Today was the first day I could finally lift back and chest, and I just wrote up my program, put my mind to it, and did it 💪🏼. . Sometimes that’s what you gotta do. Happy Thursday Everyone! The end of the week is nearly here, and I don’t know about you guys but I’m ready for a rest day! Training 6-7 days a week is taxing even in the off season 😭 I’m missing this 5 week out photo from prep and how I looked 😭 but as it gets closer to starting prep again, I’m excited to see what growth I’ve made!
