Rack pull na filmie 230 kg z nad kolana. Muszę powiedzieć, że była też próba na 250 kg ale obsrałem zbroje i puściłem w środku ruchu... Moja psychika nie wytrzymuje już takich ciężarów, dlatego postanowiłem dołożyć sobie ćwiczenia na przełamanie typu właśnie rack pull albo dead squat. Worked up on singles just to feel the weight and try to get back into the movement. It was pooh pooh stink stink. Vid. 1: 355lbs (160kg) x 1. Vid. 2: 365lbs (165kg) x 1. Vid. 3: 375lbs (170kg) x shit. Then incline triples, ramping. Vid. 4: 275lbs (124kg) x 3. Vid. 5: 285lbs (129kg) x 3. Vid. 6: 295lbs (133kg) x 3. Not impressive, and not impressed. Shoulders did most of the work. I then moved on to dumbbell shoulder work (not recorded) and worked up to 35kg (77lbs) dumbbells x 10, then 40kg (88lbs) dumbbells x 5, but fought hip flexor cramps the whole way on the last set. Then, again not recorded, cable face pulls supersetted with band triceps work. Stinky shit. Not pleased in the least. Now I have a pair of 20’s for double bell shenanigans and while I already had a pair of 16’s, the new one can live in the car as a travel bell and for spontaneous fun while I’m out and about during the day. You can never have too many kettlebells.
