Today’s pulls, working sets at 170kg(374#) for 5x6. Only limiting factor today was my grip halfway through . W/ flared up tendinitis and raw thumbs had to finish off with straps. Followed with deficit conventional pulls (yes I still conventional) for 5x5 at 140kg(308#)this being my last set went for an AMRAP and got 10. Finished the day w/ @eddie_barajass doing leg press and walking lunges superset. Sidenote: my shirt is a friendly reminder to adopt/rescue a pet if you’re looking for one. Вот несколько рекомендаций о том как избавиться от лишних жировых отложений и добиться хорошей формы для не выступающих атлетов - рядовых посетителей тренажерного зала. 1.Забудьте о показателе веса на весах. Прежде всего, необходимо обращать свое внимание на состав тела. Главный критерий – отражение в зеркале, а не стрелка весов. Все потому, что когда вы начинаете тренировки, ваш жир начинает уходить, но в то же время может увеличиваться мышечная масса. Поэтому, ваш вес может изменяться несильно, но отражение в зеркале меняться кардинально!!! Всегда при выполнении упражнений смотритесь в зеркало - это не только хорошая мотивация, но так Вы сможете следить правильно ли Вы выполняете упражнения и те или нет мышцы работают. 2. Уменьшайте калории постепенно. Если ваша цель именно сжечь жир, то резкое сокращение калорий делать нельзя. Резкое сокращение калорий запускает обратный процесс – накопление, то есть увеличение жировой ткани. Поэтому, сокращать количество калорий нужно постепенно, например, 100 калорий в день, пока не дойдете до оптимального уровня ежедневных калорий. 3. Изменение количества углеводов в течение недели. Это очень хитрая методика! Если коротко, то ее суть в том, что в течение недели вы чередуете количество углеводов по дням (высокоуглеводные дни, среднеуглеводные и низкоуглеводные). Организм путается и продолжает сжигать жиры. 4. Регулярные силовые тренировки. Именно силовые тренировки. Многие люди, желающие похудеть, сжечь лишний жир, забывают о том, что силовые тренировки очень важны! Многочисленные исследования показали, что силовые тренировки, в отличие от аэробики, даже после завершения занятия продолжают сжигание жира (даже в покое!). Поэтому, не зацикливайтесь только на беге. Посвящайте хотя бы 2 дня в неделю силовым тренировкам с тренажерном зале! This makes for an inefficient lift (makes the bar path longer) and also can place too much shear stress on the spine. ⁣ ___ ✳️Other people come to close to their shin in the setup, this will unable you into getting into position and end in hitting your shins when pulling. When pulling the bar should scrape the shins but not hit them directly. ___ ⁣✳️The bar should be just above the mid-foot or above the shoelaces. Last fitness related post for a while being 6’6 It’s hard to build muscle for me on legs but I’m slowly getting there I went from doing squats everyday to know every other day one week and Monday thru Friday the next .. I also do slow and pause at the bottom reps on last set they will Keep growing as I grow
