BRO SCIENCE MYTH: Soy Products Contain Estrogen 🙄 Its a common debate amongst... Well, bro's who don't investigate the rumours they hear in the gym with a quick Google search, that soy milk and other soy products 'are really high in estrogen'. Spoiler alert: it contains non. Let's analyse where the confusion may have occurred 👇 Soya contains phytoestrogens (plant hormones, not human hormones). Phytoestrogens in the human body are pretty weak and can actually deliver benefits, like a lowered risk of cancer, by 'blocking' actual estrogen. There is absolutely NO research supporting the notion that soya disrupts sexual development or function in humans This theory will come from your guy at your local gym, always in a vest that's neckline starts below his nipples, wears caps indoors during his every workout (don't want to get sunstroke from that weak industrial lighting), gets all of his fitness/nutrition information from the forums of Bodybuilding.com, who read the word 'estrogen' in relation to soy milk and spread it as gospel that soy milk will cause you to grow three uteruses and develop a sudden interest in Julia Roberts films. FYI: phytoestrogens (which, along with are also Isoflavones, are a powerful antioxidant) are found in other foods as well, like coffee, apples, oats, sesame seeds, flaxseed, lentils, rice, carrots, mint, ginseng, beer, and pomegranates. Even if you completely avoid eating soy (because man boobs), you’re very likely still consuming phytoestrogens - but its cool, because unless you're an actual plant, you're not going to have a phantom pregnancy 🤰 Also, if you're concerned about consuming estrogen, cows milk contains PLENTY of actual mammalian estrogen. Cows give milk while pregnant and nursing, so their estrogen levels are significantly higher. Dairy livestock are also regularly dosed with hormones to increase their growth and milk production. That’s why conventionally raised meats and dairy can contribute to gynecomastia (man boobs) 🐄

Abs aren’t actually made in the kitchen. I believe They are made or ‘reviled’ by becoming educated on nutrition to therefore be able to understand the principles needed to get your nutrition on point to get the results that you are wanting! . 🤦🏽‍♀️Majority of people who decide to diet, like to go cold turkey and restrictive. Yes you will get an initial weightloss, but that weightloss will lead to weight regain in no time as being restrictive And cold turkey is simply unsustainable not to mention unenjoyable. Like you going to say no to going out for dinner? Or foods you enjoy? . 🙋🏽‍♀️We are all different, we all have different lifestyles, goals, are all at different levels of health and fitness, which is why nutrition shouldn’t be treated as a one stop shop. It should 💯 be individualised depending on individual goals and lifestyle. . 💃🏽Another aspect of becoming educated on nutrition which is majority of the time skipped, as people want to rush straight to the results (once again which will lead to weight regain.) Are building a tool kit and adapting good behaviours into the individuals lifestyle initially to set them up for success towards their weightloss goals! . Things such as: 🍪Simply learning to track food and understand what is in the food they are eating. Looking at food labels, and understanding how to read them for example. 👍🏽Being consistent with tracking food, or monitoring food and building a balanced meal, and staying accountable. 🍳Learning to prioritise protein and fibre. 💁🏽‍♀️Learning what structure of nutrition works best for them to adhere to their approach (higher carbs/fats, meal timing/frequency, low/high days). 🍕Learning how to make good choices, or be strategic with their food choices when eating out. (Saving calories for meals out ect, how to order food if wanting to track). To be able to still enjoy life and create a sustainable approach to dieting. . Just like anything new things take time and trial and error to learn and adapt. Get educated, hire a coach, do your own research! Donut be lazy, enjoy life and diet in a way that is sustainable and fits your lifestyle🍩🤗🥙.

Semi sumo MT z bloků Při analýze jakéhokoliv tréninkového programu, případně při zhlédnutí nového cviku, je nutné brát v potaz to, že dotyčná osoba zařadila danou sekvenci cviků do tréninku, případně jej provádí vždy za nějakým účelem. Nelze proto nikdy říci, že jede cvik je lepší než druhý, jelikož to jednoduše není pravda. Vždy je nutné vzít v úvahu tréninkový věk sportovce, biologocký věk sportovce, pohybové limitace sportovce, zranění, cíle daného tréninkového období, dlouhodobé cíle sportovce, dlouhodobé zdraví sportovce, dostupné vybavení, sporotvní zaměření, délku tréninku, atd. Jednoduše, jak je vidět, existuje nespočet důvodů, proč sportovec může používat daný cvik v tréninku. Zdali cvik nebo sekvenci cviků, kterou u někoho vidíte využijete ve svém vlastním tréninku záleží na konceptu vašeho programu a co programem sledujete - každý cvik v tréninku musí mít opodstatnění!! Například semi sumo MT z bloku... Momentálně se nacházím v období, kdy nemám na programu žádné závody, ani test soutězních cviků. Proto se věnuji variantě cviku, která má mírně odlišný pohybový vzor, je pro mě náročnější na provedení, buduje základ svalové hmoty a síly pro mou soutěžní variantu a umožňuje mi psychický odpočinek od soutězní varianty cviku. Zařazení bloků, i když menších mi následně umožňuje odlepit a dotahovat o něco vyšší váhu než při klasické variantě ze země, což má pozitivní silový vliv na svaly provádějící střední a konečnou fázi cviku, kde je můj problémový bod.
