You see, when I've lost #Weight
before without a lot of #Gym
time. I lost to much butt and thighs.
Leaving my #Stomach
protruding. You see for me. Even though I lost 60 #Pounds
It kept me feeling like I was fatter then when I started.
At least before I was big in every area. My butt poked out as much as my stomach.
So I do #30Minute
butt and thigh #workouts
at least 3 times a week.
Does any of my #Fitness
peeps have any suggestions for losing more of this #BellyFat
I have been stuck for 2 years like this. I go up in weight and inches if I don't stay on track.
I can #Maintain
my weight at 165 to 170 when on track.
I already take supplements through my company.
So I don't need more #Supplement
I need workouts and #Food
