with some homemade Pitaya Berry Chia Jam! 🎊💖😍
So simple to make, and incredibly delicious... especially when paired with all of its BTF's (Best Toast Friends 🤣).
PITAYA BERRY CHIA JAM 💖💜💖
• 1c of @orchardgoldberries
Frozen Mixed Berries.
• 2 TBS @roarfoodnz
• 1 heaped tsp @mistydayplantpotions
• 1 tablespoon @chantal_organics
Brown Rice Syrup.
Place all ingredients into a small pot and slowly bring the mixture to a simmer. As mixture warms up, the Chia Seeds with absorb the liquid, and the Jam will begin to thicken. Simmer gently for 10-15 mins, then leave to cool. Add to your favourite toast, or pancakes, or yoghurt! .

Freeze dried Strawberries.
