The first photo is the day of arias birth, the second two are the day I came home from the hospital and the last two are now. I’m 3 weeks postpartum. My body looks no where near the way it did before and honestly it probably never will and I’m okay with that my body created another human it stretched and grew for 9 months so i know it’s not going to be the body i had before a kid. But in 3 more weeks I’ll be back in the gym to make myself as healthy and happy with the way I look as possible. The body I had before aria lived off one meal a day, alcohol drinks, maybe one bottle of water and then I would try to get energy to go to the gym. So my goal is to not go back to that body before but to be a healthier me.
Always show up as a beginner... listen and learn .. if you are talking you’re not listening. There is no end to this ..... constantly evolving, constantly adapting. The day you think you know is the day you close your mind to opportunity and development . This takes constant work and consistency... it’s not for the faint hearted.
