**Season 1 - ‘Friends From College’**
I stumbled on to 'Friends From College' by accident while browsing Netflix for some background noise on a week day after work. FFC is a ‘Netflix Original’ comedy television series created by Francesca Delbanco and Nicholas Stoller.
Season 1 consists of eight 30 minute episodes. As you may have guessed from the title the series follows the misadventures of a small group of Harvard Alumni in their 40's as they try and navigate through life in New York city.
The show caught my attention from the opening scene from episode 1. FOC centers round the marriage of Lisa (Cobie Smulders), a lawyer, and Ethan (Keegan-Michael Key), a writer. Who decides to move from Chicago to New York, which puts them back in the orbit of their old group of homies from Harvard.
Now Ethan has been having a two-decade affair with Sam (Annie Parisse), the pair have been hooking up, whenever she visits Chicago, now with not giving too much away, things gets very tricky for all involved, once Lisa and Ethan move to New York!! FFC is a funny slapstick, observational comedy. Now if you're looking for something light to watch mid week after stressed filled day, I recommend you check this out, you have nothing to lose, the episodes are short and Season 2 just dropped on Netflix.
