“once you choose hope, anything’s possible.” 🌟 this week should’ve been my first week back at uni but truth is, I haven’t showed up even once. you might know that I mentioned something in my stories, and some of you know the reason already.. unquestionably I have to talk about it, sooner or later.
on Tuesday, my mom was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. it was a big shock for all of us and I still don’t really know how to cope with it. it doesn’t feel real. family is, and has always been, my number 1 priority.
that’s why I decided to spend the next months in Switzerland at my family’s home because we’re stronger together - it won’t be easy but I know we’re going to get through this & win this fight. 👊🏼
also, I cannot thank you enough for all your support and love the last days - it means the world to us! 💛
When your are not satisfied with your life and where you're going, usually it's because you focus on the things you dont like, dont want to feel or things you dont have, instead of promoting what you have and what you love!
Change only comes from building a new house instead of standing in old ruins of what collapsed and didnt work in the first place...
When someone tells you NOT to think of pizza, that's the only thing you gonna be thinking of and you will even be able to smell a fresh oven baked pizza right in your nose... But how to get rid of that pizza in your head? Yes, you evebtullay have to think of something else and replace that thought with something healthier.. It's the same concept with everything else in life, e.g. losing weight, instead of thinking of the numbers on the scale and reducing calories and generally becoming smaller, focus instead on having more healthy foods, more movement, more wellness, more rest, and more positive thoughts about yourself.
If you do focus on these things, the weight will take care of itself.
Instead of trying to get out of debt, focus instead on having more financial freedom, more flexibility, more peace of mind and a greater measure of security.. Planning things ahead and taking cafe of your responsibilities one step at a time. Do this earnestly, and the debt will take are of itself...
Instead of trying to let go of the past and overcoming your greatest and deepest hurts and anxieties, focus instead on connecting with good people, who have similar goals, learning new skills, experiencing more every day and doing what makes you feel good.. And all the negative feelings and thoughts will slowly fade automatically.. I hope this will help one of you guys. Remember, nothing you expect will come with standing around and waiting for a change. Move, smile and do all things with love 🤗🤗🤗 .
