Smoothie Bowl Recipe:
Blend 1 banana + 1 cup of frozen berries + 1 serving of @sunpotion
reishi + 1 scoop of @amazinggrass
chocolate protein powder (could also use 1 tbsp of cacao powder) Serve in a bowl & top with chia jam, cacao nibs, oat groats, peanut butter, pomegranate seeds, & shredded coconut🌿
Chia Jam Recipe:
In a small pan heat up 1/4 cup of frozen berries until soft. Remove from heat and mix in 2 tbsp of chia seeds. Let sit until cool🌿
