▫️6 ч. ложки замоченного льна⠀
▫️30-40 мл сиропа топинамбура⠀
▫️100 гр. кешью⠀
▫️50 гр. кокосового молока⠀
▫️50 гр. кокосового масла.⠀
▫️Смородина по желанию⠀
▫️30-40 гр. финикового сиропа⠀
▫️1 ч.л. замоченного льна⠀
▫️Смешиваем все ингредиенты для коржа.
▫️ Выкладываем в форму и убираем в морозильник, пока готовим крем.⠀

One of the most important things I took from the Whole 30 was how to eat a balanced meal for breakfast and the importance of vegetables in the morning.
Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, yet most of us eat a sugary, unhealthy meal first thing in the morning. I too, grew up eating toast with with Nutella, sugary cereals, pancakes, oats with peanut butter, etc. But changing this mindset of breakfast having to be some sugary, dessert-like meal to just thinking of it as every other meal you’d eat throughout the day - one well balanced with healthy fats, clean protein, and some carbs - will make all the difference in how you feel and what you consume the rest of the day.
A well-balanced breakfast is crucial for high energy throughout the day and also to stay full until lunch so that you’re not snacking between meals. On top of that, it’s also likely to set up the rest of your meals for that day. If you start strong in the morning, your chances of keeping up those healthy habits throughout the day are much higher.
This picture shows a typical breakfast for me. Find a few different vegetables that you really enjoy and incorporate them into your first meal of the day. For me it’s roasted broccolini with some garlic and lemon. I add that to a plate with over easy organic eggs, a baked sweet potato with ghee and cinnamon, and usually a side of fruit. Simple, healthy, and filling.
Changing my idea of what breakfast should be has been one of the most significant changes I’ve made to my routine. It has honestly made me feel so much better throughout the day and now that I’ve made it a habit, I actually look forward to eating my veggies every morning. 😋

Today is Day 18 of the #28daymedicalmediumcleanse
and I finally craved a salad again! For days I have been loathing and avoiding salads. If I tried to make one, I’d choke most of it down and throw the rest away. I hate wasting food, so this just goes to show my distaste for salads.
Before the cleanse I ate huge salads everyday for lunch and really enjoyed them. That’s when I was adding potatoes or avocado or a little cashew cream to my salads. After so many just “meh” fat free raw salad dressings I wanted nothing to do with salads. Then just a couple days ago I thought about this yummy red curry paste by @thaikitchen
and remembered a dressing I made using it.
When we were at Trader Joe’s getting celery this morning I saw this cabbage and carrot mix and a beautiful Thai salad became my craving!
Let’s talk about the dressing first because let’s face it, the dressing totally makes the salad! 😋 The dressing I used today is a mix of the red curry paste, maple syrup and coco aminos. 💥 If you aren’t doing no fat you could add some tahini or cashew butter to give it a little something creamy!
The salad is a bed of butter lettuce, clover sprouts, red and green cabbage, carrots, cucumber, mini-peppers, and sun-dried raisins. I also squeezed fresh lime juice on my salad, thanks to my friend @ciciciera
. I cut the raw onion and garlic out today because my GI system needed a break from it. It’s so important to listen to your body!
I am beyond thrilled to have had a salad again...and one I didn’t have to force myself to eat. I really enjoyed it! I will probably have this for lunch tomorrow as well. I’ve got to stick to what sounds good! 🙌🏼

! Not my best experience there but our waitress was very helpful and kind and even gave us a gift card to fix the issues we had! I should also mention it was their first Monday open ever! The first picture is the mac and jack, the second is the big max, and the third is the cookie sandwiches and the cobbler (my personal favorite)! I’ll still be back!
Homemade vegan chili! This recipe has been passed down for over 50 years in my family but today my mom and I veganized it! Our vegan chili recipe requires:
•24 ounces of beyond meat crumbles
•1 cup of fresh tomatoes chopped
•1 cup of white corn
•1 cup of fresh mushrooms chopped
•2 cans of vegan tomato soup
•1 can of pinto beans (my family uses vegan baked beans when we want something sweeter)
Cook to perfection and enjoy! 🥫

today for a mother daughter lunch! This time I tried something new and ordered the beetball sub and it was so delicious. The parmesan on it was spot on and the beetballs were perfectly cooked! The second pic is the strawberry blueberry bread pudding which was also fabulous! I am yet to be disappointed by them! 🌭

! It was probably some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. We ordered the brush park (chik’n finger pita), the gyro, the big mock, and the soft serve with chocolate sauce! My favorite was definitely the gyro! It was so close to what I remember of the real thing! 🥙
