“Macarrão” de abobrinha com molho de tomate caseiro 🍝 Recentemente ganhei da minha sogra um fatiador de legumes e agora eu fico me perguntando como é que eu vivi tanto tempo sem um? 😂 Pra fazer o macarrão não tem mistério! É só passar as abobrinhas no fatiador (quando chegar nas sementes, pare de fatiar pois a textura é mais esponjosa e o sabor mais forte. Guarde para fazer caldo de legumes 😉) Depois coloque em água fervente com um pouquinho de sal e deixe ferver por 2 minutos, apenas isso mesmo! Passe para um escorredor, lave com água fria e depois refogue as abobrinhas rapidamente com azeite e alho espremido. Tem que ser rápido, senão elas ficam moles demais. Sirva com o molho de sua preferência 😋

Bergamot is a newer oil to me. I would consider this a spicier citrus. Very uplifting scent. Said to be good for building confidence and enhancing your mood. It is known to support skin/complexion issues - just keep in mind that it is a photosensitive oil so use in the evening. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

✅ EAT WHOLE GRAINS : they contain much more fiber, which will also helps your digestion ! Fibers is what will keep you full ☺️
✅ ADD MORE VOLUME : increase your veggies intake to create a much more voluminous plate ! Same, not only it will add volume but fiber as well ! (Don’t overdo it to not experience bloating ☝🏼)
✅ TAKE TIME TO CHEW : When you chew your food, it gets broken down into smaller pieces which are easier to digest. When mixed with saliva, chewing allows your body to extract the greatest possible amount of nutrients from the food you eat.
You got it : EAT IN BALANCE ! It’s the key to feel full ! 🔑 If you lake of one of the nutrients, you’re body will need it & will let you know 😉

recipe: Peach 🍑 Crisp 1 cup Rolled Oats (not quick)
4 cups Peaches, fresh, ripe
3/4 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Dates, pitted
1/4 cup Figs, dried
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds, raw
1/4 cup Walnuts, pieces
1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
Peach crisp is a relarively easy to prepare vegan recipe for breakfast, dessert, or for a shack. It makes 4 servings and takes about 10-15 minutes to prepare and cookes in 7 to 10 minutes in a microwave oven.
Wash and clean the ripe peaches, cut into bite-size pieces and place 2 cups of the peach pieces in a covered glass microwaveable or oven-safe baking dish. Add the rolled oats and cinnamon and mix thoroughly. Cook in a microwave oven for about 5 minutes on "high", or in a preheated conventional oven at 350 degrees F. until the oats are softened. The juice from the cooking peaches will provide the moisture for cooking the oats.
While the oats and peaches are cooking, cut the dates and figs into small pieces.
Remove the peach-oat mixture from the oven and add the raisins and cook for another few minutes. Remove from the oven and add the remaining peaches, dates, figs, sunflower seeds, and walnuts. Mix thoroughly and serve.

We trekked mountains in Colorado, canyons in Utah and deserts in Nevada while picking up roadside litter every step of the way. Our mission: zero waste, minimalism, sustainable systems and evaluating our consumption. 🙌🏼🧘🏽♀️🌿 We presented at schools on environmental topics, made incredible art from trash such as bottle brick earth benches and a 60ft unicorn from plastic water bottles (displayed at Las Vegas’ First Friday’s), we performed 🎶 at a ton of open mics at small town cafes (with delicious Vegan options: check out Peace Tree in Moab, Utah), participated in climate change activism, camped out in the freezing cold with late night bon fires and volunteered at organic farms in exchange for luscious veggies. I even remember drinking water from the stream at Dixie National Forest when I ran out out from my Sierra Club gear and also a baby scorpion crawling out of my backpack!! 🎒

If yall don’t know, I had dreads for 8 meses. I had them for spiritual reasons, but I brushed them out because I didn’t have the time to keep up with them and take good care. I’ve missed them for a couple years now. My new amigaa Emma has a few and I asked if she could give me one again. Entoncesss, now I have a new baby dread. I can keep my wavy hair and have a little spirituality back with my lil bb dread/lock/mat/knot whatever you wanna say.
