There are a few unique ingredients in our new Beet Salad: Italian Chioggia Beets, which are especially sweet in flavor and don’t bleed as much as regular beets - and Celtuce, a Chinese vegetable resembling the stem of broccoli with a nutty yet smoky aftertaste.
