I took this afternoon for myself, and unplugged. I put my phone on silent, turned the TV off, Rhett was sleeping, and I just tuned into this speech, and absorbed it! .
Working on your mindset should be your number 1 priority. When you're in a good space mentally, you're able to pour into other people, and everything else just seems to come together. .
I know I for sure have a lot to work on, but at least I'm working on it. Mindset is everything and we all start somewhere. So start now! ✨ .

done. Now, I still don't really know anything about it. But what I do know, is it was the weirdest and coolest thing ever. The release sensation was effed. 😳 But anyway, she received A LOT of messages from my session, and this one particularly stood out to me today because today was a HUGE and exciting day in my coaching business. Yes it sure can. You know why? Because I am going to make it freakin happen. 👊🏻 Today was huge for me, and I am going to celebrate tonight with a virtual wine date with my coach (seriously, how freakin cool is that! 🍷❤️), and eat some ice cream. Then tomorrow, it's right to the drawing board so I can set my next goal. 👊🏻 .
My goal is to build a life I don't need a vacation from. ❤️

I woke up so excited and so happy today, because I finally did it! It's just one step closer to my HUGE goal, but I achieved the next step, and I am so freaking proud. ❤️ .
I know so many people have expected me to quit coaching by now. Because that's what people do with MLM's, they stick with it for a bit, don't see big enough income fast enough, and move on to the next. Which is why so many people get annoyed with MLM's because people are jumping around all the time. This is a legitimate business- not a get rich quick scheme. I see the potential, I just have to put in the work. I WILL prove every single person that has doubted me/this business, wrong! 👊🏻 .
No, I have not quit, nor do I have any plans to. I believe in this company 100%! Not only has it changed my health completely, it is also helping us financially, and it WILL keep me home with my kids. ❤️ .

I started my second post partum journey in January, and one of my goals was to be able to fit into these jeans comfortably again. .
Well, now I can't even wear them. 🤷🏼♀️🙈 If it weren't for my booty, they would literally fall off. 🤣 .
9 months seperate these photos you guys. You aren't going to get to your goal overnight. I gained all that weight over nine months, so I didn't expect to lose it right away. Although, because I commited and put in the work, I did see results quite quickly, but I did it all with healthy eating (and several goodies 😉), and exercise. No pills. No diets. No wraps. No teas. Just the good old fashioned HEALTHY way! 👌🏻 .
Long story short... Put in the work. Quit looking for a quick fix. Trust the process. Enjoy the journey. LOVE YOURSELF! And celebrate every little success! ❤️ .

OKAY, so if anybody knows me personally they know that I’m a total nutter when it comes to Peanut Butter 🥜 (see what I did there 😜) and I was getting a little out of control when having my “treat” and would have about 8 tablespoons of PB 😂 which sounds great but REALITY CHECK, it’s obviously suuuupperrr high in fat, sodium and oils.

FRIYAY!!! People often say that motivation doesn’t last, well neither does bathing, that’s why we recommend it daily. .
This am I did NOT want to get up with my alarm at 4 am. A thousand excuses went through my mind, I have a headache, tired from the week, I can do it tomorrow, etc. But then I remembered how much better I would feel if I just could do 20 minutes of exercise and have some time to myself. So I did a quick 20 minute yoga sesh (thanks Netflix of fitness) and will do my leg day tomorrow. Love having 3 rest days a week, makes for SO much flexibility!! Ready to join me yet?!?

Salted Caramel and Banana Collagen Smoothie
Who doesn’t love a super quick and satisfying breakfast??
This is my current go-to pre workout option.
It sits well in my tummy and gives me all the energy I need to power through #caffeinealsohelpsbutletsnottalkaboutthat

with my current favourite little extra...... COLLAGEN peptides!!
I mean come on..... who doesn’t want to give some love to their hair, skin, nails, gut and connective tissues??
Anyhoo, here it is. Give it a try!
1 chopped frozen Banana
¼ - 1/6 chopped frozen Avocado (depending on the avo size, if you add too much it starts to taste avo-ey #notmyjam
¾ cup Almond milk
1 Medjool date finely chopped
Pinch of ink salt
Shake of Cinnamon
½ tsp Vanilla extract
2 tsp Natural Peanut butter
1 Scoop Collagen Peptides
Add it all in your blender, whizz together and enjoy
if you’re super organised you can chop your date and soak it in boiling water (not too much juuuuust enough to soften) for 10 mins before you make your smoothie so that it blends in nicely. It’ll make a difference especially if your blender is a little on the lazy side 😊
You do really have to freeze your avo and banana, it makes a world of difference to the texture/satisfaction level in the end. It’s also actually a really great way to use up your bananas or avos that a ripe and have no place to go.
I usually have a stash in little bags ready to go in my freezer. My kids won’t eat banana flavoured baked goods, so it’s a really #foodwaste

I am so sore from the two workouts this week! Also, I have some ongoing issues with my back and neck, that don't seem to be getting any better.. .
I did some extra stretching and yoga today, and I decided I am going to start a 5 day yoga challenge tonight, in hopes to make me feel better, then continue with the routine. .
I love having access to hundreds of workouts and paying hardly anything for it. 👌🏻 #winning
SCHNACKS ON SCHNACKS ON SCHNACKS! 🤗
You guys asked, so here are my strategies regarding road trip snacks and staying out of the fast food drive thru!
Planning is key! Just like meal planning for a normal week, I plan snacks for our trips when I plan meals and make sure to set aside time to get everything prepped, and it really doesnt take long when you have a plan. 🚗
Invest in a meal prep bag or a small cooler (I bought this little guy on Amazon for only $35!). I can keep any perishable snacks and my water cold with no worries and I have easy access since it doesnt need a lot of space.
I portion out all my snacks into single portions so I can grab it and eat without any effort. Nobody wants to pull over and root around for a snack when they are #hangry
. Nobody likes me when I'm hangry either. 😂😬
My favorite go to snacks: grapes and cherries, trail mix, protein bars, jerky, dry roasted almonds, popcorn, hardboiled eggs, and carrot or celery sticks with single serve peanut butter, guacamole or hummus.

11months postpartum with first baby → 10 months postpartum with second baby (now). .
I used to to be the diet queen! Always looked for that quick fix. A pill. A tea. A wrap. Fad diets. You name it. .
I also used to workout in the gym for 2+hrs, 5-6 days a week. 😳 .
Now.. I workout from home- currently 4 days a week for 30ish mins. 💪🏻 I am most definitely not on a diet- I eat in moderation, but still get to enjoy my cookies, pizza, and donuts. 👌🏻I don't take any "magic" weight loss pills, no wraps, no special teas, etc. Just hard work, and healthy nutritious foods. 😊 .

☺️ This month has been much much easier. We also had less stress from outside factors. I've felt better, but noticed my emotions are cray cray... like crying uncontrollably and irrationally... these hormone increase and fluctuations are no joke.😵 eek! I am not normally a super emotional or irrational person, but the elevated hormone levels are bringing out a new Cass 😝 We are currently sitting in our 2 week waiting period before we can take a pregnancy test. This is always my least favorite time because, if you know me, I am not patient and want action! I just need to know what the next step is whether we are pregnant or not. .
This morning I went in for lab work to test my progesterone level. Just got a call that they think the test is inconclusive because it was a 3.9. It was a 28 last month and the doc just doesn't feel that it's right.... so... back tomorrow AM for a repeat test 😫Hoping by tomorrow afternoon we will know if my levels are, in fact, good or low.

4 years ago I took a chance at entering myself to compete for the Mrs Nebraska title. I was a fish out of water, and may not have walked away with an award or title, but that experience taught me so much. Life is full of challenges! Sometimes we take them on and succeed, and sometimes we fail. What truly is important is that we chase those challenges, those goals and those dreams! That we learn through the process, and that we let whatever happens mold us into a better person. I am so thankful for this particular experience in my life, what I learned from it, the amazing people I met, and how I grew as a person. Dream big, value the process, and grow as a person through it! 💜
Some days I struggle to "want" to do a workout, and I'm just not feeling it the whole time.
Today was one of those days.. .
Truthfully, I think it's because I had too much socialization this weekend. 🤣🙈 #IntrovertProblems
not that it was a bad weekend or anything, and I don't regret it at all, it was just zero alone time. .
So today, I woke up EXHAUSTED, like couldn't keep my eyes open, and I've wanted to do nothing more than sit at home and do NOTHING! 🤷🏼♀️ But, I had to work at my parents, and today is day 1 of my Fall Bootcamp and I knew a workout would give me some mental clarity. #ExerciseIsTherapy
Definitely don't regret that workout, it made me feel a bit better, but it wasn't the best I've done. .
But now, no plans for the rest of the day, and I can't wait for the kids to go to bed so I can have some quiet me time. 😁🤜🏻🤛🏻 .
