When are you going on safari? Now’s a good time, and @jamtarawildernesscamp
, near Pench National Park in Madhya Pradesh, is a good place to stay when you do. Wake up in a plush tented room that looks out onto the forest, and spend your days on safari, spotting tigers, deer, and other wildlife. And if you feel like turning things up a notch, opt for the “Star Bed”, an open-to-the-skies four-poster bed on a machan. Swipe for more pictures, and email us for details & to plan your trip 🐅

Yucatán Peninsula - Cancún
Cancún has been a hotspot for getaways for a while now, and honestly that’s why I avoided coming here until now. I gravitate toward exotic cultures and like to go places that aren’t super touristy. I wasn’t really sure what to expect. My boyfriend and I booked it because it was the place we could get to the fastest in order to have the most time together for a 4 day weekend (direct flight on Thanksgiving Day). I knew the sand would be white and waters would be super blue. Coming to Cancun, I realized this is one awesome destination and I can not believe I haven’t been here sooner! The water is the bluest water I’ve seen anywhere, it’s clean, and the beaches go on forever.
The thing I loved most about Cancun was the opportunity for recreation (paragliding, jet skiing, snorkeling) and these views. Being up here we had wide open skies for miles, unlike neighboring Tulum where we were hanging out in the jungle surrounded by trees. In Cancun you’re surrounded by white sand and blue for as far as you can see. And our hotel told us turtles come out on the beach every night to lay eggs this time of year. We didn’t find the turtles but we spent the night walking on the beach looking for them and then crashed on some beach chairs while we watched the ocean under the moonlight. 🌙
I was delighted by Cancun and will definitely go back. And we had a few people recommended Coco Bongo which will be on the list for next time!

The CUTEST cafe in HCMC. The pineapple passion fruit is probably the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth

Ever had a Portuguese male wash your feet in the botanic gardens in Valencia, Spain? Having met the day before at La Tomatina, Ivo showed me through Valencia through a translated expedition with a walk of the Central Market, a shared tapas plate and vino, a lazy stroll through the Botanic Gardens and a history lesson at the Cathedral. Giving a speed course I was educated in Spanish pleasantries and can now ask the simplest of questions. Speaking fluently in five languages Ivo lives in Amsterdam with a role that gives the flexibility during the week to go to tomato throwing festivals and have time to wash the feet of Australian women with a smile.
