Saturday night turn up!! I worked all day at my go-to job and also worked on my online business today, I just got home about 45 minutes ago and now I’m sitting down to eat my VEGAN food 😱 don’t worry guys I don’t have a vitamin B deficiency, nor do I ever think I will.
I don’t always bring up the fact that I eat plant-based to EVERY PERSON I meet, unless I’m at work at I ask them to use no meat, cheese, etc or if I’m offered something I would rather not eat. (I don’t say can’t because there are no rules this, I CHOOSE to eat this way because I like it, and I like how it makes me feel.
With that being said, today at work someone got nosey, like super in my junk about eating plant based & basically told me I’m going to get anemia and eventually die... well false. I’m 10 months almost 11 into my journey and I haven’t become anemic yet, nor will I ever. Why? Because I get all the essential vitamins and nutrients a body needs IN PLANTS, oh & in my shakes 😋
Someone telling me that “meat has everything you need” is a) not going to change my mind, the smell of meat literally makes me wanna vom and b) isn’t the truth, so there’s that 🤷♀️
What I do with my body is for ME to decide not anyone else’s, my boyfriend isn’t vegan, or even vegetarian, we still have meat in the house and he eats how HE wants.
Never once since my journey have I turned to someone and told them they need to stop eating meat, why? Because it’s not my body!
So please, everyone, unless someone is doing EXTREME harm to theirselves with how they eat, what they do, etc. let them do it!! Alright, that’s it, welcome to my TED talk
