athletes and some like myself add #parkour
into the mix. This is us warming up with. 10 minut wod 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats. Wich is cindy(a crossfit wod) if done for 20 minutes. This was the last 3 minutes so some are fatigued already. I like to show the strugle more than the flashiness of non stop. Its where the real gains are made.
