On a practical level, our hips, being the biggest joint of the body support the pelvis in carrying the weight of the upper body, helping us walk and get about.
On an emotional level, our hips are also the place where we could have blocked energy when we face stressful situations.
It is important both in a practical and emotional way to have healthy hips to bring balance and movement to the body ❤️ .
