Have you ever been on an #alpinecoaster
has The Breathtaker and it’s awesome! Surrounded by snow covered trees, cold wind in your face, you will wind your way through over a mile of forest on an elevated track at speeds of up to 28mph. It’s pretty amazing! AD
Last nights moon was amazing to see. Here is a photo I took. I will share the timelapse of the lunar eclipse soon.
Moon setting early this morning.
Perspective: Standing on the edge to see how big life really is & seeing how small you truly are.
Caught the Blood Moon or something like that last night. Lunar eclipses are pretty sweet 🌑
Not my best or favorite shots by any means but that was a cool experience.
Chasing dreamer’s dreams.
Super bloody werewolf moon pie eclipse thingy.

Hey everyone, keep in mind that avi warnings are in full effect.
I know it’s tempting to get first tracks every time we get new snow, but the mountains aren’t forgiving and things change quickly.
In this picture you can see an avalanche’s the initial crown during what was considered perfect conditions. Be safe out there and remember that we all are only visitors here. ✌️🗻
I feel so fortunate to have witnessed a Total Lunar Eclipse AND a Total Solar Eclipse within fewer than 18 months! Swipe ⬅️ to see the Solar. Both times Included unexpected and amazing experiences. With tonight’s Lunar Eclipse it was the 18 degree drop in temperature (in January - Brrrr! 🥶) Plus it went from being so bright I didn’t need a flashlight, to almost pitch darkness and all the stars came out! With the Solar Eclipse in 2017, it was also the drop in temperature, plus the 360 degree sunset and also the “diamond ring” 💍. Both times I noticed anxious, and then extremely quiet, wildlife. If you haven’t seen a Total Eclipse, you should certainly add it to your bucket list! One of each if you can!
Tonight’s super blood wolf moon during the lunar eclipse.
First time shooting at night but look at all of those stars and this was shot right in the backyard. Tiny glimpse of the super wolf blood moon and got to hear the coyotes howling ❤️✨
The hike to Chasm Lake is one of my favorites. I typically try to go to a new location every time I go out...but I've hiked this one 4 times. This shot is from the last trip I took back in the summer. The trip before that was in the dead of winter and there were 25mph winds and minus 20 degf temperature. My water froze in my Camelback straw...which prompted me to buy an insulated one (good lesson for high country winter adventures). 🙃
Zoom in on the trail and see if you can see the hiker. The scale is much larger than you may think.
Who else loves the hike to Chasm Lake?
Always follow the dragonflies! 🌼 Peace, Love & Boulder ✌🏻❤️✨
People watching, what’s that? Today I got close to the ground and shot a few photos of pigeons.
Some great views here in Colorado 😘
