... Did you miss my bowls of oats? Hadn‘t had one since April probably but this morning our air conditioning broke and it was like 15°C for 4 hours; I took it as a sign and made this 💁🏼♀️ Here I have the simplest combo ever - vanilla flavoured, topped with berries, sliced almonds and a sprinkle of granola and lots more berries post photo cause it‘s the berries season and I‘m gonna eat all the berries till they are still here 🍓What’s your favorite summer fruit? I’d hate to answer this question but dw, you don’t need to choose one, just list them all 🤣
Milk Chocolate Candied Peanut. We created a milky chocolate base with just a hint of vanilla. Chopped peanuts caramelized to create a crunchy texture in the smooth milk chocolate. We weren’t going to add anything else but when we tried it and the first thought was it needed another layer of depth, in flavour and texture. With that in mind we added thick swirls of our deeply loved peanut butter. This stuff is so thick and creamy it often clogs the ice cream equipment. If it wasn’t for the burst of nutty flavour you would think it’s a caramel sauce. That definitely took things up a level. So yeah.. that’s what happened this week. 😌😎 This flavour is nutty, salty, crunchy, milky, and chocolate. Available by scoop @littlejoberrys

Boston Cream Donut. From our test kitchen this week. Rich vanilla creme base with fudge frosting swirled and tiny sugared donut holes. It’s an ode to one of our favourite renditions of Boston cream pie. The base has a slight custard flavour. We made the donuts in house, they are soft with a cakey exterior which we felt froze well and remained prominent in the ice cream. It’s rich, whipped, doughy, fudge, vanilla, and perfectly sweet. 🍨🍩 Give this one a try at @vegandalefestival

Not the most picturesque of photos but here's the recipe for one of my favourite combinations to use with oats, salted caramel 🙋🏻♂️
Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate
Salted Caramel Square
Salted Caramel Powdered Peanut Butter
100g Grated Courgette
1 teaspoon @droetkerbakes
📊 Macros – P35g – C75g – F22g – 625cals
50g of oats soaked in 300ml of boiling water sprinkled with some Himalayan pink salt. Grate a medium sized courgette and ring out as much water as possible using a paper towel, add this to the oats with a teaspoon of baking powder and start cooking on a low-medium heat stirring continuously.
Chop 10g of dark chocolate and when the oats are nearly done stir this in along with some additional water (I normally add another 50-100ml) and continue to cook until your desired consistency is reached. Protip: if you like a thick consistency this will require a lot of stirring so you can probably skip any forearm training in the gym 😂
Pour this into a bowl sprinkled with some more Himalayan pink salt. As its cooling mix 10g powdered peanut butter with 20g of water and chop up your choice of protein bar. Place the bar around the edges along with the Fibre One square and lastly drizzle the powdered peanut butter on top 😋

The flavour so greatly loved in Halifax made it’s way to our test kitchen this week. Moon Mist is crafted with a colourful blend of Bubblegum, Banana, and Grape.
The Bubblegum is made in house by combining a sweet mix with cherry, orange, and a hint of pineapple. At first we asked ourselves what truly is Bubblegum flavour? And we wanted to create a mixture that would pair well with the other two flavours (banana and grape). Using the vibrant blue to represent Bubblegum gives the sense of nostalgia. Reminds me of the classic 25cents colourful gum ball machines I obsessed over in the 90s. You would never guess the fruit origins of the flavour. The sky blue colour convinces you it’s classic bubblegum.
Layers of vibrant yellow are a combination of turmeric and pure whole bananas. And a soft purple grape blends in supportively. It’s fun, bright, fruity, colourful, and cool. Find this one scooped and stacked up in Toronto August 11-12 at @vegandalefestival

A go to meal is Greek yogurt and oats with almond milk. Oats are a good call any time, any meal.
I mixed in cocoa powder, topped em with @pbfit.official
powdered peanut butter and also the chocolate flavor from them. Used 2 and a half mini Reese’s cups and 40 cals worth of @snackapade
cookie dough marshmallows.
Not the prettiest but definitely looks like a dessert yet full of micros, fiber and protein!
