1 tsp blueberry powder
200g strawberries, pureed
0.5 cups water
1 tbsp peanut butter

Just made some milky oat tincture! Had to sort through the oats to find just the green, immature buds that still give the milky latex when squeezed. Whizzed these up in twice their weight in volume of vodka (1:2) and will be leaving it for a few weeks to infuse before filtering. Very excited!
Oats are considered one of the best remedies for “feeding” the nervous system, particularly in times of stress and in the case of nervous system weakness or exhaustion. turmeric activate tea at around 2-3pm when I usually flop & it keeps me going right until meal time 👍🌱🌸🍂
🌼For the golden milk, you’ll need...
~ turmeric root (around a thumb size,, or you can use ground)
~ 1 cup organic oat milk
~ ginger root (around half a thumb size,, or you can use ground)
~ grind black pepper (to really get the most out of the curcumin!)
~ tiny squeeze agave nectar
~ 1tsp coconut oil
~ 1tbsp cinnamon
🌼& just simply...
~ pour, shake & drizzle all the ingredients into a blender & combine until frothy
~ transfer into a pan & place over a medium heat ~ bring to a v low simmer & keep on stirring for around 10mins
~ pour into your favourite warmed mug, shake a little ground turmeric over & indulge in all the creamy comfort !

-1/4 taza chips de chocolate
-2cditas semillas de chia
Pisar la banana.
Unir en un bowl todos los ingredientes.
Poner con una cuchara la mezcla (logrando las formas de las galletas) sobre en una placa engrasada.
Llevar al hornito eléctrico 10min o al horno 20min.
Esperá a que las galletas se enfríen por completo antes de retirarlas de la placa.
A la mezcla también podés agregarle pasas de uva, frutos secos o fruta deshidratada.

🍯 Quick Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal

I am always looking for quick & healthy breakfast items to make at work & this oatmeal is one of my favorites! It’s simple to make & all you need is a microwave. It also pairs excellently with my morning ☕️ coffee.
What’s in my bowl 🥣👇🏼
1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp light brown sugar
1/2 tbs maple syrup
Combine all ingredients together in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 1/2 mins - 2 mins.
Top with almonds, strawberries & blueberries!
Eating this while I stare out at the construction behind my office 🧐
