So for anyone that knows me know I barely drink at all! Literally 1 can of Coke could last me a full day which I know is nuts but I’m never thirsty! I almost built a kind of phobia to drinking loads. But I’m really trying to drink more now and yesterday had 2.7 litres! Almost my 3 litre goal!

😍 Must try recipe.. Butternut squash & bacon risotto 😍 I challenge as many of you as possible to try out this recipe. Even if risotto doesn’t normally feature on your menu, please give it a go and maybe I can convert you 😉 7 ingredients in total. Cooking time approx. 35 minutes 👌 Serves 4: - 2 teaspoons olive oil - 16 bacon medallions - 2 onions - 1 clove garlic - 1 large butternut squash - 300g dry weight risotto rice - 1 litre vegetable stock (can use low salt option if wish) - Salt & pepper to taste Nutritional information per serving- 500 calories, 30g protein. Method- heat olive oil, chop the onions, peel and cut butternut squash and bacon. Cook the onion & butternut squash for approximately 10 minutes until soft. Add in the bacon & garlic until cooked through. Stir in the rice, then add half the stock and bring to a simmer. Gradually add the rest of the stock until the rice has absorbed all of the liquid. Olhem essa receita da @madhughee 👏👏👏 Regrann from - A receita de hoje é do pão indiano de frigideira: o Chapati ❤ Anota aí:⠀ .⠀ Ingredientes:⠀ .⠀ 1 xícara de farinha de trigo branca⠀ 1 xícara de farinha de trigo integral⠀ 1 colher de chá de sal⠀ 1 xícara de água morna⠀ Farinha de trigo integral ou branca para enfarinhar⠀ .⠀ Modo de Preparo: ⠀ .⠀ Em um recipiente, junte os dois tipos de farinha, o sal e misture, acrescentando água morna aos poucos até obter uma massa macia e maleável; Coloque a massa em uma superfície lisa e sove por aproximadamente 2 minutos; Divida a massa em 12 porções, modele bolinhas e reserve; Achate uma bolinha de massa, passe na farinha e, com a ajuda de um rolo de massas, abra a bolinha formando um disco plano de aproximadamente 15cm de diâmetro. Reserve e abra o próximo, sempre com a mesa fartamente enfarinhada. Caso prefira os chapatis perfeitamente redondos, utilize um cortador; Aqueça uma frigideira antiaderente em fogo brando, coloque um chapati, asse por cerca de 30 segundos, vire e asse o outro lado, até surgirem pequenos pontos marrons.
