Hiked from the Valley, now we’re here. 🤙🏼Yesterday’s adventure included 20ish miles of hiking, tripping on a bunch of rocks, almost stepping on a bobcat, and scrambling up some crazy cables to get this view on top of Half Dome. Today we can’t walk 🏞 #halfdome #yosemitenationalpark #yosemite #optoutside #nps
Glad to hear the grizzlies around Yellowstone are once again protected. I support ethical hunting but didn't agree that the science supported a sustaining bear population in the lower 48. With around 800ish bears in an isolated population, this is nowhere near the 3,000 you need just for genetic diversity. And that's a bare minimum, so hardly ideal. This is perhaps the most famous grizzly, 399, from earlier this year.
With fall in full swing I can’t help but want it to last forever 🍂🍂🍁
The last rays of light hit the gold Aspens in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Sometimes I walk away from a place, person or experience feeling completely content and other times I leave sad and wanting more. Lots more. When that happens I tend to look at the situation negatively and think, Did I get all I could out of the experience? Did I not manage my time well? Where did I go wrong?
It’s not actually a negative though. It’s a perfect concoction that fills my heart and soul to a line that when the time comes to walk away I feel fulfilled, yet excited to revisit in the future. I anticipate the sights and smells of a place I photographed endlessly so I wouldn’t forget. I look forward to the conversations and hugs of people I love and who make me feel welcome. It’s not a bad thing to want more. It means your living and making connections that gives life meaning.
Let’s work on making more of those moments in this life. Get excited about everything. Love everything. Make it worth revisiting in the future. And enjoy all the other moments in between to the fullest.

This is the Mist Trail, located in Yosemite. Many travelers say the Mist Trail is one of the best hikes they have ever taken, but advise to be prepared. While visitors say the hike up along the falls is as scenic as ever, it is definitely strenuous. Even when the falls aren’t at their peak, it can still be pretty wet, so make sure to have shoes with good traction and bring a poncho or clothes that can get wet. I was trying to climb actually. No upper body 💪🏼😭
Don’t mind me just holding up the mountain ⛰
Half the park is after dark ✨🙃✨ (shout out to the moon 🌝 for lighting up the arches but hiding the stars, you win some you lose some)
This is Jessica Tull's Story
Since starting on these products I have 💚 lost another stone 💚 my type 2 diabetes is controlled 💚 no more stomach problems 💚 arthritic pain in my knee gone 💚 no more cholesterol tablets 💚 hair growth 💚 skin improved 💚 no more dry, sore and cracked skin on my hands 💚 more energy
I still have a little way to go but I am maintaining my weight loss and not yo-young.
This really isn’t a diet, it’s a healthy change. I eat 5 times a day and still have the odd treat of course. I just know what I shouldn’t be eating now.

“Some of us are drawn to the mountains the way the moon draws the tide. Both the great forests and the mountains live in my bones. They have taught me, humbled me, purified me, and changed me.”-Joan Halifax 🌲❤️🌲
Winding down Highway 120 into Inyo National Forest. You can tell that Fall is officially in the air! Colors are changing!
