on his insane transformation we’ve been working on for the last 4 months.
Dave is a powerlifter that felt he would benefit from competing in a lighter weight class. He reached out with the goal of maintaining his performance and strength as much as possible, while working to be able to compete in the 198lb weight class. With over 50lbs ripped off his frame, we’ve reached our initial weight target and can now start to ease off pushing so hard to lean out. The focus now shifts to getting enough fuel into his plan that he can really push his training loads (safely as we’ve had some injuries on our way down), without adding unnecessary weight.
I didn’t think we could have pulled this off in just 4 months, but Dave’s a workhorse and I’m looking forward to seeing what he can accomplish this next phase! With enough peer pressure, we may even be able to get this guy in a man thong and do a bodybuilding show someday!

If you answered yes to any of these questions TRUST ME...you are not the only one. I have not been able to seriously stick to my macros since my last prep back in March/April. It’s unfortunate because I still have a goal...my vacation is a month away, but it’s been v hard for me. My motivation is low and food tastes so good. So today is Sunday not Monday and I’m starting today. Who’s with me?! Let’s do something crazy. How about we stop waiting for Monday?! There’s never really a perfect time to start, you gotta just do it💪🏾 now it’s time to absolutely kill it this week🔥

Soooo I have no control over my abs and the only way I can make them look solid AF is if I laugh 😂 anyone got any tips or cues to help me figure these things out? #6daysout
5 weeks and 2 days since I stepped on stage and now I'm currently 118.2 lbs. I have moments of oh no I'm gaining weight good bye veins and striations. On the other hand I'm like helllllllo amazing body. It's a mental game because honestly I love my body in all stages it just takes some adjustment going from the show lean to seeing your body change in the opposite direction. I am so much more stronger now and I am feeling phenomenal! I love this lifestyle and in this chapter of growth I'm making all the gains 💪. One thing about me is I give my absolute all to anything I put my mind to and the power within me always pushes through. I am so determined and focused!
Stop comparing what you do to what other people may be doing. Find what works for you and run with it
Consistent progress comes from being consistent (duh lol). You have to do what works for you, and not worry about what it looks like to other people or feel like what you’re doing is wrong because other people aren’t doing it.
I eat the same meals at the same times pretty much everyday. If I want something different I’ll have something different. But I eat foods that taste good to me and work for my body (like rice, potatoes, bagels😉, chicken, beef, zucchini, etc) and stay away from foods that don’t (avocado, a lot of dairy, broccoli, super high fiber foods). The foods that don’t work for me may do great for someone else, but that doesn’t mean what I do is wrong. It’s just what works for me.
I follow the same workout split provided to me by my coach for 5-6 weeks before changing to a new one. I track my workouts to make sure I’m increasing volume every week, keep high intensity for every workout. That’s what works for me.
Of course I allow flexibility in my life, especially being in offseason, but 95% of the time I stick to what I know works. I’m not saying what I do is superior to what anyone else does. That’s exactly the opposite of what I’m saying lol. I’m saying that I found what works for me and I’m running with it until it stops working. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it right? I guarantee what works for me isn’t going to work for you. So why compare what youre doing to what everyone else does?
When you find your groove, you’ll find your consistency, and when you find your consistency you’ll find your results

This week literally FLEW by! Seeing as I thought the lack of sleep from Olympia would make the week drag on, I can’t believe it’s already Thursday! Not complaining though cause only 4 more days til Monday and your girl is 22🎉 it’s crazy how different my life is going into this birthday than last year.
