As much as I loved the food on the all incisive I certainly missed my healthy treats as I cudnt really have dessert n this certainly hit the spot. Easy, fresh & simple afternoon tea while I'm at work today 🍅🥒🧀
Oh my goodness!!!my family just loved this meal. Fathead pizza dough with greek-ish salad. I cheated a d used renes greek salad dressing. Soooo good. The pizza dough: 1 1/2 shredded mozzeralla 2 tbsp cream cheese Heat in microwave for 1 mi tue. Stir and put un for 30 more seconds. Add 1 egg and 3/4 cup almond flour with 1 tsp garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Mix well a d spread on parchment paper qith wet fingers. I like to make it as thin as possible. I put this pizza in the oven at 425 for avout 8 mintues then flipped and cook 3 more mintues. Add my homemade tomato sauce with mozzarella and bacon. Put back in oven till melted. I normally do 375 for oven and think i will go back to that. Greek salad is just roman lettuce with renes greek salad dressing. I also added black olives, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese. I challenged myself tonight. I haven’t ran a mile consecutively in years, over 9 years ago. I set a realistic goal of 13 minutes and I did it at 11 mins and 45 seconds. I was pouring sweat 💦 and my legs are sore beyond belief. I could barely run for a whole minute 2 months ago. Listen, I’m probably one of the most impatient girls out there. I wanted immediate results, and if I didn’t get that, I was discouraged and give up. Not this time. CONSISTENCY is so so important. I’m slowly seeing improvement in shape, and stamina. I swear by @weightwatchers. Guys, you need a balanced diet. You needs carbs, you need fat, you need sugar, etc, but the key is moderation. Most importantly, you have to stay consistent. A diet you will quickly fall off of it and binge to regular habits. . I do not follow a diet. It's a life style I've been achieving for a while now. I eat what I know will make me hit my macronutrients (protein, fat and carbohydrates), without causing a major surplus on my calorie intake. I eat from everything here and there as long as it doesn't contain any animal products. I eat what I know will fuel me(yeah, a ton of coffee and some vegan junk food! Not denying that!) .
