In between voting, doing some Christmas shopping and attempting to feed myself, I can say that my accessory program is doing what it’s supposed to do and I’ll be releasing the same program that allows me to build muscle in all the right places without too much interference in the classic lifts (snatch and clean and jerk). .

I always reflect on a moment when I did a chipper and I had 10 MU at the end and couldn’t get it. I remember squatting down looking at the rings with frustration only getting one at a time and failing them as well. Fast forward to now...did the first 10 unbroken, grinded through the work and did the last ten with still more energy to go. No I don’t want to be a games athlete, I want to continue to be the best version of myself in every aspect and today was just a blimp in one area!
