Wow! That was fun! Day 54 of 365! Had to do the double shot tonight to make up for last night miss. Did pretty well as I increased all of my transformer number. Well....save for the last one because the little man came up to help me! He was climbing all over me and was covered in my sweat LOL! He was cracking me up. @tmiles_5150 and I did the day 6 workout together. She is a week ahead of me so I just did the week 6 version so she could wrap her whole program up! Which she did! I've spent the last 3 months concentrating on my nutrition. I learned a while ago how much nutrition effects your life. . . I used to always think it was only about fitness, but nutrition plays a HUGE part in weight loss as well. These last few months that's all I could concentrate on due to but not being able to workout. I learned a few things. . . Dairy, not so much. Going to limit that stuff to a minimum but because I love my cheese, I won't give that up,lol. . . Sugar, it's in EVERYTHING! I won't add any extra to my meals but I'm good with natural. . . Yes, I've lost a few pounds and inches but the migraines, tiredness and constantly feeling hungry was NOT worth it. . . So I'm going back to what I know works for me. I'm going back to the 21 Day Fix. If you don't know what this is, DM me, I'll tell you all about it. . . But let me tell you, I are EVERYTHING and ANYTHING I wanted and I still lost 15 pounds and 11 inches in 21 days. This is what I have always needed and I'm going back to it because it worked MAGIC for me. . . You know what works for you. You know what you can and can't do. Don't do something just because you committed to it. Do it because you committed and it's working for you. If it's not working, change it up. Try something else. Saturday’s Workout! Better late than never! After a fun-filled day with sledding, climbing hills, and fun with the kids, things finally calmed down and I got around to my workout! I’d gotten in a good amount of steps and cardio today so I decided to grab my weights and get in some strength training. Can't believe I did it!!🎀💪🏽 . . . .. . . . The last 6 weeks of my home workout program threw me so many surprises. Believe it or not it had nothing to do with the workouts. See what happened was just life! The same life that happens every day. I committed to myself that I was going to complete this program no matter what! This was a promise to MYSELF. WE DID IT! 🎉 🚨 💥 💣 ⠀ ⠀ i promised myself i would be 💯 % transparent throughout this journey so here it is! ⠀ ⠀ and i also just promised myself I’d learn to hold my phone at normal angles so my progress pics don’t look like 💩 ⠀ ⠀ when we started this program 6 weeks ago i was all in - committed and excited ⠀ ⠀ i had no idea that it would take me on this path of transformation ⠀ ⠀ pictures show progress, but i can’t explain how exciting it is to -feel- the progress⠀ ⠀ there were days 6 weeks ago that i could barely do certain moves - i was frustrated at myself a lot ⠀ ⠀ as the weeks progressed i was able to do certain things easier, faster, and i was getting stronger ⠀ ⠀ now that we’ve concluded this journey, i can stand back and reflect on the inner and outer shift my entire being has gone through ⠀ ⠀ it’s exciting, fun, emotional, but most importantly motivating because we’re just getting started on this road to unlimited potential with our mind, body & heart 😊♥️👍🏼🙌🏼💪🏼⠀
I managed to record almost my entire workout. . . 1. Inchworm 2. Isolateral bear hold 3. Run 1 mile and practice relaxing the traps, and expanding my ribs to take in max oxygen. (I managed to breathe only through my nose the entire time) 4. 1 handed farmer carry 5. Half kneeling cable twist 6. Standing shoulder press to bent over row 7. Bicep curls 8. Tricep extensions . Not included are bench press, single arm bent over row, and hand stand work.

Back to my roots today with an at home work out 💪🏻 I’ve only had a gym membership since November, I have managed to train at home with basic equipment for 3 years - I do need a gym now to train for my competition however I have built my current muscle from consistency and now I need to gain more 💪🏻 your muscles don’t know where you are lifting weights, running or doing a HIIT workout, your body adapts and changes wherever and whenever you put in the work. If you don’t have a gym membership don’t worry, you can achieve whatever you want wherever you want, you just need the desire and help to do so. If you are reading this, thinking I want to change, I have a goal but I’m not sure how to get there, you already have the mindset that you want to do something about it which means you have already taken a step in the right direction, take another step forward and message me and let’s do this together xx oh appreciation for my washing just hanging in the back ground 🤦🏼‍♀️
A few spars back i had took alot of damage, coach noticed id been having big problems with dropping my hands during exchanges, Been working drills after drills after drills on keeping my hands up n catching and parrying shots.
