Celebrating another year of life today with @alannac.arey @thecareytwins 🎈👯‍♂️ . I just want to thank God for a beautiful, healthy, happy life. I understand now why my life has gotten to be so plentiful. 👇🏽👇🏽 . When I say plentiful I do not mean plentiful with worldly things, as you know those things fade with time. I mean Plentiful with love, family, happiness, health, support + friends. . I’ve been the person that doesn’t want to wake up to live their day out. I’ve been the person that talks badly about others to make myself feel better. I’ve been bitter + negative. I’ve been the person that made everything about them. I’ve made all the excuses. I’ve made myself the victim. . But when I realized that when you love yourself enough to love others, your life changes. You fill life with love, you will get love. Şekersiz 21. Gün (son) 🌸 3 hafta ne kadar çabuk geçmiş 🙈 şöyle genel bir değerlendirme yapacak olursam; 1)Ofiste şekerli hamur kızartması (churro) ikram etmişlerdi onu yemiştim, 2) sossuz tavuk burger ve patates kızartması yemiştim. Bu iki madde haricinde genel olarak kurallara uydum. Rafine şeker eklentili şeyler yemedim. Her sabah kalkar kalkmaz organik elma sirkeli ve limonlu yarım litre suyumu içtim. Kahvaltı etmediğim gün olmadı. Bir hafta yulaf lapası, bir hafta klasik yumurtalı peynirli kahvaltımı mutlaka yaptım. En az bir öğünümde salata veya sebze yemeği yedim. Mandalina ve muz da kurtarıcı meyvelerim oldular. Yulaf haftalarımda şekersiz marmelatlar yaptım. %90 ev yemeği yedim. Ara öğünlerimde yemek için haftalık tuzlu ve tatlı yiyecekler hazırlamak tüm hafta boyunca bana çok yardımcı oldu. Sizlere örnek olması için farklı farklı menüler çıkarmaya çalıştım ama her zaman başarılı olamadım. Arada tekrara düştüğüm oldu. Akşam 7den sonra bir şey yemedim. Canım bir şey çektiyse (Nadiren) su içtim. Bol su içmeye çalıştım. Sporu istediğim seviyede yapamadım ama gün içinde hareketli olmaya özen gösterdim. Araya seyahat işleri girmeseydi daha başarılı olabilirdim bence 😅 yine de 3 haftayı %85 oranında başarılı geçirdim diyebilirim. Olumlu yönlerine gelecek olursam: 1) kesinlikle daha hafif hissediyorum. 2) yüzüm daha da berraklaştı, bir aydınlık geldi ( ya da ben kafamda kuruyorumdur 😂) 3) arada gelen tatlı isteklerimi önlemeyi öğrendim. 4) sabahları daha erken kalkar oldum. İlk başlarda yorgun uyanıyordum ama sonra git gide daha dinç ve enerjik hissetmeye başladım. 5) amacım değildi ama bence bir 2 kilo kadar vermiş olabilirim. Pantolonlarım belimde dönüyor çünkü 🙈 tartı olmadığı için kesin sonuç söyleyemiyorum. Заданные #тренировки на сегодня закончены. Даже добавлена одна интенсивная на количество повторений 😥 Каждый занимается по своему - час, два или 30 минут, выворачивая себя наизнанку . . . Я занимаюсь примерно 30 - 40 минут, по 2 - 3 интенсивных тренировки от #NikeTraining Мне этого вполне достаточно, чтобы на следующий день встать в 5.30 и работать весь день, и так 6 дней в неделю . . .🤔 Не сдаемся 💪💪💪 Завтра снова занимаемся - в среду восстанавливаемся. SERIOUS WORKOUT| Who doesn't enjoy a workout that is both challenging and rewarding at the same time So I decided to really test my engine the other day and see what level I am at currently 3 exercises is all it took and a WHOLE lot of mental power Here was the break down of the session, it was 4 rounds of Ski: 15kcals Total: 60kcals Burpees: 10 Total: 40 burpees Box Jumps: 5 Total: 20 Box Jumps Now it is meant to be for time, but after all the fear/excitement of actually getting it done, I forgot to press start on my timer 🤦🏾‍♂️ But estimating it took me around 10 minutes to complete Want to gauge your physical and mental toughness?
