My heart is heavy today as I learn of the passing of Lee Radziwill.
Lee, as she liked me to call her, was one of the sweetest, kindest, and sharpest people I ever had the opportunity to meet, and was such an incredible influence for me during a time that I was not only discovering myself, but the beautiful city of New York.
Although our time together was way too short, I have such personal memories of taking her to the movies, having conversations at her favorite french bistro on the upper east side, helping with the #technology
needs at her home, and visiting her in #Paris
She would tell me that I reminded her of her son, and that I had the most wonderful and familiar voice, and I always told her it was always a pleasure to speak with her, and that she could call me anytime she was in need.
Lee is the true definition of #elegance
, and her #influence
extends across many generations, and really is beyond comprehension.
May You Rest in Peace, Lee. And I know you are happy, for the opportunity to get to see some of your family members once again up in heaven. #RIP #Love #CelebrateLife #leeradziwill #HappyTimes #opulence #chic #whitegloves #style #icon #newyorkcity
