So many of my past brides and clients are experiencing first time parenthood and all the anxieties that go along with it. I never want to be a know it all when it comes to children but I also find it helpful to make myself available if questions pop up during our session. I've discussed bottle vs breastfeeding, in-laws, schedules, technology, vaccines, gas, post partum depression, ice diapers and anything related to the incredibly beautiful chaos new life brings.
I was so fortunate when I had my children to have not only my sisters but also my best friends sharing in these joys and stresses. I hope that our brief time together can offer some solace that you are not alone and your best is good enough.

I have always had issues with my breast milk supply, but thanks to

There the days when the sun seems to never set. The days with the phone calls from school and the child who melts into a puddle of tears at the drop of a hat. They are the days where disappointments come and you feel like you will never measure up. There are days where the burdens of the world weigh on your soul but you still have to make dinner. They are the days where you want to make a difference but you feel like everyone is against you. They are the days where your soul rubs hard against other broken souls.
But these are the best days. Your trials and suffering will be produce endurance. Hard things are worth doing. And it's only the hard things that bring about the great results. The nice, calm, sweet days are great but they are not the ones that flood your soul when you ponder back on your motherhood. You will remember these hard days and how you fought, how you battled through and got muddy and dirty and still made it. The best days are the hard days. And if we could see them as such it would change our perspective. It would cause us to put on our armor and to rise up to the task of a hard day. We cannot and should not shrink back from the hard days. We should feel them with all the weight that they carry and not try to medicate ourselves in the midst of them. Feel the hard days. Feel them with all of their weight and their glory. It's the pressure of these hard days that is refining you and making you stronger. They are the best days of motherhood.

@buybuybaby with me. I am fortunate enough to have a big sister who is a mother who was so kind to help me out! Enlist a friend or sister to do the same for you! But if that's not possible, I'm hoping these posts will help. Reminder: these items work for me and my little one. Just like any other consumer product, there are multiple options that people prefer for their own reasons. In the end, a lot of them are similar enough that it doesn't matter too much in my humble opinion. Ok, here goes!
