Now, I HATE cardio. Like, legit, HATE... gimme weights, all day! .

totally piqued my interest!! We literally started with 8 reps of everything, down to 1. And we STARTED at the end. Mule to frog, crab dip, step throughs, bears, gorilla, duck, flamingo, diamond jumps, spider pushups, and finally, inchworms! .
I actually DID like taking a rep away instead of adding one each time. Would I do it again?? Sure! .

It wasn’t 💯 but I was showing up👊🏻I wasn’t going to disappoint my body by letting it go while I was pregnant! Yes, i know i was growing a human, but I was maintaining it to stay healthy... 🔜 Picture on the right is me TODAY😉 Happy as a clam and feeling my best! Happy because I continue to show every day for ME and happy because I feel so strong and healthy. Happy because my body created two beautiful babes! Happy because i am a mother that will NEVER give in to laziness! I have created a wonderful routine in my life that allows me to feel my best. It wasn’t easy at first, but I have priorities.

Working out doesn’t have to be a 2 hour ordeal! You can get a good workout done under an hour! 😱 I used to spend hours at the gym going machine to machine not sure of what I was doing! Don’t forget- I also spent 20-30 minutes driving their! .
Today, I walked from my 🛏 to my living room and pushed play all in 5 minutes! Don’t over complicate this process. At home workouts DO WORK💪🏻. I have lost over 35 lbs all from 2 bands, 3 sets of weights and a easy to follow nutrition plan. 🥦(🍺🍕!) if you are tired of wasting money on a gym membership that you aren’t taking full advantage of- let’s chat! 💌

It’s been a good minute since I’ve got a workout in.....😳 I’m giving mad props 🙌🏼to all the expectant mamas out there who manage to stay on schedule with their workouts because it sure ain’t easy.
My body has been feeling like something foreign to me lately and I’ve fallen off track my schedule constantly. 🤦🏼♀️ The good thing about my home workouts.... I can pick and choose the programs that best suit me and my body at this point in my pregnancy.
Today was all about yoga. Funny it’s usually the workout I’m least fond of and today it was the one I needed most.
Relaxing, stretching & breathing do wonders for my body.

Happy Monday All! Hope you’re having a great day so far!! I slept so well last and woke up 😴 🤷🏻♀️. Pushed past it and hopped out of bed. I could have slept longer, but i needed to start my week off right. No interruptions from the littles. As much as I love them to see me workout, I need to get my sweat on by myself😂 without pushing pause every 5 mins.
Today’s workout started week 5!! Woohoo! This program is flying by!! Chest/triceps, HIIT, and core👊🏻 I have to say my workout at my gym left me super sore this morning. Struggled a bit with my legs😩, but once I warmed up i was good to go😜

I heard from the doctor this morning and the x-rays were back, but they couldn’t read them. I’m being referred to an orthopedic office for evaluation, and to see what the next step is. I go Wednesday at 10:15- if you’re the praying kind, please pray for me and the doctors that will be taking care of me! I really appreciate it. I know God has it under control and knows all about it.
That being said, I’m obviously out of my program for at least a week. So I have decided to use my “Netflix of fitness” and choose a program that focuses on legs and abs, modifying as I need too. Just because I’m off track on one doesn’t mean I just quit!! I’m also going to keep focusing on our accountability group that starts next Monday and finish my coach trainings.
Even with setbacks, big things are ahead. 🙌🏻💪🏼

Week 4 COMPLETED!! I can’t believe I’m half way thru my program! Loving every day of my 4 day workout with 3 flex/rest days of my choice.
Seriously, this program is a no brainer for anyone that needs to get into a rhythm with working out consistently! Advanced or beginner, it doesn’t matter because there’s always the challenge of increasing weights if you’ve been working out or modified forms of the exercises if you’re just starting out. 40 mins or less and you’re done for the day...YOU HAVE TIME ✋🏻 the excuses!
We are all busy! Yes, some of you travel for work, have desk jobs, but there are a lot of people that don’t “work” but have little humans to keep alive and working non stop around the clock taking care of them and our spouse😂. It’s how you prioritize your time that matters. It how you prioritize YOU and what matters most to being the best version of YOU!
My nutrition is definitely not perfect, I drink wine a lot, I love desserts etc. but i workout for ME! My goal in life is always to be the healthiest I can, but I will never keep it from allowing me to miss out on fun activities with family and friends.

This was a tough one today! Working them boulder shoulders and following it with HIIT.
The best thing about this is no more hour and 1 o 2 hour gym sessions, stressing to make there 6 days a week. I get to live more life and do what I want on rest days!!No more not seeing results! Turns out over training your body mixed with the same routines equals no gains! Who knew?! 🙄 Now I’m at the gym for 40 min max sometimes less and ONLY 4 days a week or I train at home the same way, since I have everything at the palm of my hands on my phone! do not have to live at the gym. Working with a PLAN has completely changed my view of the gym and what needs to be done....
Hey my eye 👁 doesn’t look so bad!! Did you see my story?? ☝🏻I accidentally grabbed the wrong contact solution and grabbed the hydrogen peroxide cleaning solution instead of the saline solution😳😱.. literally thought I was going to go blind 😂

When you have four children you often need to get creative when it comes to getting in a solid cardio workout. 😂 My Netflix of fitness is one simple way that I am able to be consistently active and achieve my fitness goals in the midst of raising four littles. Even while traveling across the country as a family of six I can get my workout done AND still get in some cardio training! This one-hour bike ride along the Ohio River in Louisville was no joke! Felt so great to workout this morning. Not every day feels like this but today was good to lift heavy and feel like my arms were going to fall off😂
I was listening to a book this morning while making breakfast and this one big take away that stuck with me...
“If you’re not giving back to yourself, who will? Where is the percentage that’s nurturing you? Who’s supporting your journey, helping you grow stronger. If you’re not finding time for that. Your clock is going to wind down.”
Such a great reminder that we need to take care of ourselves every single day. It’s not about the number on the scale and seeing it go down. It’s about feeding, nurturing our bodies physically and mentally. Surrounding ourselves with positive people. That’s why i love being part of a community that lifts each other up. We support one another daily. Learning to love ourselves so we can be kind and loving to others in our life.

My trainer wasn’t joking when he said i would need a shower after my workout😂🤣 (did it happen?? Nope😆). Drenched in sweat 💦 and loved every single minute of my 38 min workout🙌🏻.
W3/D4 LEGS! Loved this workout today! Weights first (3 sets with 2 exercises), HIIT Intervals (60,45,30 secs) and core exercise!! Yep, this 👆🏻 workout had me 💦💦💦!

Lately, workout clothes have become synonymous with pajamas. CrossFit is my jam; I love it! But I have never been more grateful for my #beachbodyondemand
! I literally only have 1 free hour that coincides with a CrossFit class at my local box. Well, if I have to work overtime during the week or my kids have appointments, that hour disappears. But with my BOD I can work out whenever I can squeeze it in; late lunch at 2:30 PM or late at night after this mom finally clocks out. I know how hard it is to find the time, motivation and energy to get active.
• I dream of the day when I can just skip it all together and at the same time have the end results as if I did the work. I will let know when I figure out how that works! 😂

Yesterday was rest day and I took it as a rest day👊🏻 Today was nothing but shoulders and some HIIT!
Workout was a bit of everything with the littles running around and taking over my workout area. I think i had to separate them 5 times, 1 time out, and a whole lot of screaming😆.... that’s what i get for enjoying the extra hour of sleep 💤 the littles would be up and roaring and they sure were! 🤷🏻♀️
I keep working on ME every single day! Taking each day at a time.. some awesome, so ok, and some sucky! I put in the work so I can be the best version of ME💁🏻♀️

I signed up for Beachbody (the Netflix of fitness) a few months back (for the second time) and have re-fallen in love with the workout programs they have to offer. I was not part of a team and I was doing the programs totally on my own but I knew I was missing out! Happy Tuesday All! It’s week 3! It’s been a busy week and I feel like i haven’t had time do anything. We had too much fun this weekend with my family and I need a few more days to recover.😳😬
Yesterday was Chest and Triceps- LIIFT 50/50 (37 mins)... I pushed myself to increase my weights and it left me wanting to cut ✂️ off my arms 😂. It was one of those nights where I couldn’t sleep bc I was so sore😩.. have you ever lifted so much and your body hurts so much?? 😜🤦🏻♀️. Well that was me last night and i even woke up to go downstairs to eat a small slice of cauliflower pizza because I was starving 🤣🤭 #nevermissamonday
Today’s workout wasn’t looking good when I first started my workout. I could barely lift my arms or give myself a hug because my arms were hurting. Thank goodness my hair was already in a ponytail bc I couldn’t raise my arms😆. I love that this workout program is efficient and I can get an awesome workout in less than 40 mins!! No need to be at the gym for hours and I could do it all at home
