What’s the best way to deal with negative energy? Get some exercise! Burn off the steam. Feel great after and ready for the rest of the day. . .
Back in the day I used to go get stoned or drunk to deal with the crap. While I didn’t feel the negativity I also became useless. Useless to myself and useless to the people around me. And when I woke up sober the next day the crap was still there and I became useless again. . .
Now after this run I’ll go get back to work and be useful to my family, myself, and my ambitions. .
