Like, between these pictures Christmas and New Year's happened, I went to a wedding, I travelled across the country, dealt with PMS (twice), job hunted and started a new round! And the freaking scale has been stalled?!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself.(this picture is extremely embarrassing) My name is Cheyenne, I am 26 years old. I am a mama to a handsome little man named Carter, and a fiancé to the love of my life named Joe. I am 5’4 and weigh 147lbs... besides being pregnant, this is the heaviest I’ve ever been. That is why I decided to join the @21daymealplan
! Uncomfortable. That is the best way to describe how I feel everyday. 90% of the time I am wearing Joe’s clothes. His sweatpants, sweaters and T-shirt’s. This is embarrassing to say but I am still wearing my maternity bra and jeans. I need to start making changes to my body and my health. I’m very excited to start the @21daymealplan

A few hands have asked me about my workouts, so here's a snippet of one of the exercises I do! (Sorry that IG cropped it a bit oddly). I prefer workouts that work multiple muscle groups at one time, if possible. I find them, personally, more effective and the best use of my time. I used lower weights today, just because my workout on Monday was intense, and I didn't want to blow out my shoulders (because that is not a fun time). 💪🦵 Usually, when doing this type of workout, I do them for a minute, then rest for 30 seconds and repeat. When I'm weightlifting I do sets and reps, rather than timed exercises.🎽

This is not a blindfold challenge how hard was taking a selfie 🤳 with no eyes. Ok so over the past couple of days I’ve had my confidence knocked I’ve had people saying things that have effected and hurt me and this will happen and does happen as number 1 I am only human and number 2 a minority of people’s can be nasty cunts. But today I have taken myself to kitchen table and had a good strong word and reminded myself of who I am.
