I spy 3 little bears 🐻. A view from the other side of the living area today which shows more of the open plan layout and gallery area which is the reason it’s so difficult to photograph in here. We use the gallery space as an office which is close to being finished although I started it so long ago I’ve already gone off some of the decisions I made! Does anyone else do that or am I just weird? Actually- anyone that knows me- don’t answer that question haha! This time in 2 weeks I will be laying like a beached whale on that sofa and recovering from Christmas Day scoffing. Better get organised😩 x
Sorry these are a little late, but here are two of the four cupcake creations that were done for my work party. Pictured is the Guinness chocolate cupcake with a peppermint buttercream frosting topped with chopped peppermint candies and sprinkles topped with a peppermint stick (not pictured) . The other is a gingerbread cupcake with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting decorated to look like male and female reindeer. Thank you @hanah_roseee

Sweet potato, carrots, cinnamon & chilli soup 🥣 🌱🌶🍠 🍞...
Soup season at it’s best! Cold nights like these make it so tempting to order takeaways. Who really wants to get home from work and start cooking? 💤
This easy soup recipe requires minimum washing up and work so you can enjoy a creamy, flavourful, warm, hearty dish, guilt free! ✅
1 can coconut milk
1 cup chopped sweet potatoes ( I used frozen)
1/2 cup carrots
4 garlic cloves
1/2 red onion chopped
1 stick cinnamon
Pink Himalayan salt
1 1/2 pint stock water
1/2 lemon squeeze
1 tsp turmeric
1️⃣ Start by preparing the veg by peeling and chopping
2️⃣ Add all the veg ( and the cinnamon stick along with half a lemon ) into a pot, add the stock water and boil on a medium heat until the veg is soft
3️⃣ Once the veg has softened, take off the heat, remove the half lemon and cinnamon stick, add 1 can coconut milk and more water if needed
4️⃣ Using a handheld blender, start blending until you have a creamy smooth consistency
5️⃣ Place back on medium heat for a couple more mins. Add turmeric, salt, pepper and however much chilli flakes you like and enjoy with crusty bread and pickled peppers😋...
