Try throwing in this ab circuit twice a week and you’ll make great progress!
1️⃣ Leg raises - Excellent for targeting the lower abs, an absolute must
2️⃣ Crunches with a twist - Superb exercise for targeting the obliques, going to really help sharpen up the mid section
3️⃣ Weighted Crunches - Absolutely 🔑 for overall cute development, a staple in my routine!
