Nah for real take your time, building muscle is a long term process and takes a macro mindset. I plan my training and progression months/ years in advance and work on it.
If your new to training and want to build muscle start with getting into a surplus, eating to gain 1-2lbs a month over the next year while focusing on progressive overload during your gym sessions weekly! -
Don’t worry about supplements or anything like that Just focus on eating a well balanced clean diet, nutrition is your best friend and will determine your rate of progression take time to research this initially while your gaining and implement changes where necessary. -

Having dinner at CN tower was an incredible and gratifying experience. Being up that high and looking over Toronto, just helped me see how truly small we are and enormous the world is! Its SO easy to get stuck in our comfort zone and routine, but life happens outside it, whats something new you’ve been wanting to try or do?
