🔥4 STEPS TO BUILD MUSCLE🔥
Many people overcomplicate the process of building muscle but it’s actually relatively simple if you’re willing to put in the work.
Firstly make sure you’re in a calorie surplus so your body has enough energy to synthesise muscle. However you don’t want to be eating too much because you’ll put on a lot of fat! -
Next make sure you’re eating enough protein to allow you to build muscle, 1g/lb is sufficient. Also, focus on resistance training to force your body to synthesise muscle.
You don’t want to stay at the same level so make sure you increase the volume of your lifts, either by weight or reps 💪🏼
