Trained legs today. Didn’t get to film the whole workout but here are too awesome machines.
On the fist video I was trying to focus on my quadriceps and on the second also quads. Leg press for quads: place feet in kind of a V shape position and then start the movement. Remember to pause at the bottom for few seconds and don’t lock knees.
I’ll take “Commonalities” for a thousand.
