On a little more serious note I felt bloated last week didn’t work out a wink and I felt super sad and depressed people called me fat and it’s ok. I got ways to go to fixing this Dad bod of mine (not even a dad) but fitness is progress over time and this time I made better choices. Here’s to making better choices moving forward
