Not only are the characters named after prisons but they reflect the prisons themselves. Example: Kazan (the mentally challenged character) in Russia was a prison for the mentally ill. Rennes (the "mentor") is a French jail that pioneered many of today's prison policies. Quentin (the detective) is known for its brutality. Holloway was a women's prison in England, and Alderson is a prison where isolation is a common punishment. Leavenworth runs to a rigid set of rules (Leaven's mathematics), and the new prison is corporately owned and built (Worth, hired as an architect).
Neeraj Pandey has directed five movies till date, and scores high on presentation and storytelling. His movies are simple and greatly adorable among masses, and lack typical Bollywood masala.
A Wednesday – The movie is attention grabbing right from the beginning, and takes an unexpected turn towards mid-way. It is highly enjoyable, with great performances, story and dialogues.
MS Dhoni – Although the biopic misses certain aspects of Captain Cool’s life, but it very well shows his life in Ranchi before becoming The MS Dhoni. Highly adorable film with good music and awesome performance by Sushant.
Special 26 – Based on real events, this movie has its moments and carries a comic gesture. It has an interesting climax, and is well detailed, but fails to continuously grab attention.
Baby – Baby has an average plot, but is very well built upon it, and has some tight scenes. It is majorly based on a mission and its associated challenges, with a good storytelling.
Aiyaari – Aiyaari fails to hold audience to its seats throughout the movie. Interesting concept but not very well executed. Character development, music, and performances not upto the mark.

🎬 -Lúcia Moniz, who plays the maid Aurelia, got the part as a result of a joke by a friend of hers, who is a casting director, and sent her photos to this movie's casting director. Lúcia went to the casting and ended up being chosen. -Knowing about Billy Bob Thornton's quite unusual fear of antique furniture, Hugh Grant would sometimes flash a piece of antique (which is abundant in England) in front of Thornton just before the cameras rolled, and watch him freak out in amusement. -When deciding to cast the part of the Prime Minister, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Michael Gambon, and Michael Crawford were possible candidates. But all three had been unavailable at the time of filming (Hopkins was working on The Human Stain (2003), Gambon on Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004) and Crawford had returned to Broadway to star in the American version of 'Dance of the Vampires').#richardcurtis #hughgrant #martinemccutcheon #liamneeson #lauralinney #billneighy #colinfirth #emmathompson #andrewlincoln #keiraknightley #movietrivia #classicsuggestions #christmasclassicsuggestions
🎭 -A speech given by Hugh Grant in this film (where he extols the virtues of Great Britain and refuses to cave to the pressure of its longstanding ally, the United States) was etched in the transatlantic memory as a satirical, wishful statement on the concurrent relationship with George W. Bush. Tony Blair responded by saying in 2005, "I know there's a bit of us that would like me to do a Hugh Grant in Love Actually (2003) and tell America where to get off. But the difference between a good film and real life is that in real life there's the next day, the next year, the next lifetime to contemplate the ruinous consequences of easy applause." -Director Trademark: [Bernard] When Curtis was in college, his girlfriend left him for a man named Bernard. In each of his screenplays, there is a fairly unpopular character named Bernard. In this case, the character is Emma Thompson and Alan Rickman's "horrid son".#richardcurtis #hughgrant #martinemccutcheon #liamneeson #lauralinney #billneighy #colinfirth #emmathompson #andrewlincoln #keiraknightley #movietrivia #classicsuggestions #christmasclassicsuggestions
📽 -When Daniel says "We need Kate and we need Leo and we need them now", a toothpick can be seen in Daniel's left hand as he says "now". Later, Sam has a toothpick in his mouth while he and Daniel are lounging on a couch. What Richard Curtis describes as "this toothpick business" was a result of Liam Neeson never being without a toothpick after he gave up smoking. -Andrew Lincoln wrote the romantic cards himself. In 2013, Andrew reminisced about his climactic gesture in this film with Entertainment Weekly, and revealed, "It is my handwriting! It's funny, because the Art Department did it, and then I said, 'Well, can I do it?' because I like to think that my handwriting is really good. Actually, it ended up with me having to sort of trace over the Art Department's, so it is my handwriting, but with a sort of pencil stencil underneath." -In the scene her character watches the wedding video for the first time, Keira Knightley had to wear a hat to cover a massive zit that had blossomed on her forehead the night prior to filming. #richardcurtis #hughgrant #martinemccutcheon #liamneeson #lauralinney #billneighy #colinfirth #emmathompson #andrewlincoln #keiraknightley #movietrivia #classicsuggestions #christmasclassicsuggestions

🎟 -The scene where Kris Marshall's character Colin (accidentally) insults the caterer's food to her face, was originally written as a scene for Hugh Grant's character in Four Weddings and a Funeral (1994), but was cut from that film. -Number 10 Downing Street in the movie is not, of course, the actual Prime Minister's residence, but a replica. The exterior was created in the Shepperton Studios car park and the interior is a set. In preparation for the movie, Richard Curtis and his Production Designer Jim Clay were escorted on a two-hour tour of the actual Number 10 by Chancellor of the Exchequer Gordon Brown (Prime Minister June 2007-May 2010). They were not permitted to take photographs or make sketches of the interiors, and throughout the entire tour they were flanked by security. The "Number 10" that appears in the movie was designed by Clay, solely from memory.#richardcurtis #hughgrant #martinemccutcheon #liamneeson #lauralinney #billneighy #colinfirth #emmathompson #andrewlincoln #keiraknightley #movietrivia #classicsuggestions #christmasclassicsuggestions
A powerful insight into the war economy and does a good job of delivering a message ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Fact 1: No U.S. studio would back the film. International finances were secured instead Fact 2: The character of Andre Baptiste is loosely based on famous warlord and ex-leader of Liberia, Charles Taylor. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ What did you think of the movie? TRIVIA ANSWER: William H. Macy. Five weeks into filming, Johnston threw out his script and radical changes were made, resulting in a largely-improvised product. Macy's original character, Paul Roby, would have been a businessman who assisted Grant and Brennan in their investigation of pteranodon attacks on the mainland. Macy was initially outraged by the script revisions, exclaiming to an interviewer, "The script has been evolving and being rewritten as we go, and what you want to say is, 'Who launched a $100 million dollar ship without a rudder, and who's getting fired for this?' But that's the way it goes. That's the way they make these movies... big deal. I think someone should be shot, but I'm not in charge."
In the wake of this interview, Macy has since spoken highly of his experiences on the JP3 set. #jurassicpark #thelostworldjurassicpark #jurassicworld #jurassicworldfallenkingdom #jurassicpark3 #dinosaurs #dinosaur #stevenspielberg #spielberg #davidkoepp #jurassicparktrivia #trivia #movietrivia #trex #filmtrivia #velociraptor #joejohnston #williamhmacy #pteranodon #samniell
