Fall is one of my favorite seasons. Nature, in its divine glory, shows us how to gracefully release the things that no longer serve us. The trees do not stubbornly cling to the leaves. They do not cry or complain. They turn a few shades, may loose a branch or two due to the Fall winds but their roots, trunk, and most branches stay firmly rooted. They don't concern themselves with the squirrels, birds, and many insects who may have been benefiting from its presence and they, in turn, do not curse the tree but instead accept and prepare for Spring themselves.
The leaves on a tree are called its crown. Similarly, our crown changes... The "hats" we wear... The thoughts and pattern habits of our mind. My new season requires an acceptance of change, for me to release the leaves of the insecure past and replace with a new crown of sovereignty, self mastery, and increased self love. For me it was an entire branch, its leaves consisted of thoughts, ideas, and relationships that no longer benefited me, so growth was stunted. For you it may only be leaves and others even more branches. However for each of us, it should be what is true, ensuring that each branch stems from a loving and rooted space. To become the captain of your own ship and master of your soul, understand that heavy is the 'crown'. It will not be easy. There will be times you want to run to the mountain top to cry, scream, shout, and let it all out and by all means do so. Do so and indeed let it all out. Wednesdays and Saturdays are great for meditating on acceptance and change. Relax by some running water while observing the trees and their process of release. Take a relaxing bath with the window open or listening to the sounds of nature while praying for and receiving renewed peace and sense of purpose. Surround yourself with the senses of Fall and embrace the season as one of intended release and preparation while enjoying your pumpkin spice candles and tea, warm soup, and loving companionship as it can get a cold during the winter but the Spring will come! #lovefall #lettheleavesfall #energyrecycles #movelove #andinkrasymbols #fallequinox #acceptance #changegonecome #MOVElove #MwasiMusing
