Seen this and got a chuckle from it, but it made me realize how bad I was struggling to find the motivation to do anything lately. I never thought I would be here saying this, but I hope that motivation finds me soon!

I have been really on point with my slimming world routine but I must admit the meal last night was all syn free apart from the cookie dough 😰. I have absolutely no idea what got into me 😞. I guess with feeling so unwell from past one week this huge cheating was bound to happen.😔 The scales were making a mockery of whatever I lost since the last time I weighed myself.
