I have nothing fitness related to post today as my sister has just given birth to a baby girl.
Her name is India and she weighs 7lbs 6oz.

Evening. Been a hectic last 7 days or so and I’ve struggled with my workouts and diet but I’ve pushed through it and just got back from Wales for work and battered my workout. Have you worked out today? Have you been meaning to workout but haven’t put the action in? I ain’t got time for the gym but hammered a 45 minute workout in my damn Living room! If you haven’t.... do your home workout, get down to the gym, go for a run fuck it go for a walk.... just move.... or sit there scrolling and talk about you should exercise... if my post isn’t motivating you then #getmotivated

How has everyone’s weekend been? I’ve enjoyed my day off today and have focused on self care... I’ve exercised, went for a hair cut and got the food ready for tomorrow..... ✅
I said I would post every day and yesterday I never posted. I felt like I let myself down... I woke up later yesterday morning, (the day after traveling to the Capital on Friday), doing things that need doing around the house, exercising, going to the football with dad and brother and working my 2nd job on the night until 3am this morning. 😅
As you may imagine I feel drained. I woke up at 2 pm this afternoon, caught up with my sleep and have made the most of my day off preparing again and organising for the week ahead. 📝
Tomorrow is Monday and start my new program. #staytuned
Here at my second job putting in a shift. It’s been a long day stuck in traffic and it’s going to be a long evening in the office. 📝📞 The weekend is finally here. This is a pivotal point in my training because I tend to let go of diet and exercise and use “it’s been a long hard week”, as an excuse to slip off my training, goals and priorities. 🤔
I’m not going to let that happen. I feel like I’m moving into a new territory with my thinking and the shift in thinking patterns. It could be that I’m getting older or it could be that the pain of not progressing in my fitness and life goals sooner and a feeling of being in the same place all the time... what ever it is.... it’s working and I feel motivated 100% 💯

How’s it going?? Another mad day and I just want to upload a picture of me last week, right next to a picture the last time I shredded away body fat and was on the verge of making them abs appear. ⚒
At that point in my life, my time keeping was unmanageable too and my routine got thrown out the window because I wasn’t organising and planning my life. 📝
I’m now staying consistent with what I’m doing in my life, although... I’m far from perfect. 👌🏽 I haven’t got it boxed off as I never exercised this morning (as you may have seen on my I.G stories), I’m up and down the U.K working. This morning my body couldn’t hack getting up that early because I went to sleep slightly later the night before, trying to organise my life. 🗃
Did I exercise when I got home from work? YOUR DAMN RIGHT I DID! ✅
Now I’m getting an early night for the final weekday push....before I take on the weekend! ⏱

It's so easy isn't it? Daily struggles have you feeling down or defeated. Before you know it, you look up and notice it....
You're not living the life you should be or thought you would. I mean you're happy but you know you're not 100% fulfilled.
Its because YOU'RE NOT LIVING OUT YOUR PURPOSE CHAMP! You were made for so much more, but you've been neglecting your higher calling because you've forgotten about the ONE who's called you.
When you keep Him at the center of your life and do all you can to love Him with all your heart, mind, soul, and all your strength it's so much easier to know what you should be doing to bring glory to an Almighty God.
It's ok Champ. Fight for your mornings that should belong to Him. Fight to discipline your mind and body to follow suit with the things that you know will keep you centered and focused. Fight Champ to live out your Higher Calling and honor HIM with your effort!
It's not always easy to go it alone. Add some men to your life that will encourage you to add those disciplines and help you to stay focused. God bless and stay encouraged men!
